John Paul, or primary server, was especially outstanding among a team of top level restaurant professionals. The food, drink and ambience at Guy Savoy can't be beat in my opinion.

Once in a lifetime opportunity to have some of the greatest food in the World and meet a World Class chef at the same time. The meal was the 2nd best that I have ever had. The First was when we had New Years Eve at Guy Savoy.

Excellent French food and service making it a memorable evening, an elegant dining experience. Wine selection and sommelier was clearly experienced and a true expert, guiding us to the perfect pairing for our meal. Be prepared budget wise though as it's not for the faint of heart! 2X+ our normal fine dining expense.

Writing a review on here takes a lot of me. But enough is enough with this lady! There is a darker bigger woman night shift at like 10pm . Her name is verushka if that's how you spell her name. It's been like this way to many times. I NEVER had a problem getting just milk in a 24 oz cup. She is super super rude and says profanity in front of customers yelling and screaming at customers. Also she has the odasity to even scream how people aren't tipping her. Well jeez if she actually gave what the customer is asking for that has been giving many times and just did her job maybe you would get tipped. I mean seriously just do your job without being fresh to people.

I'm not sure what the hype is about. The person working there was extremely rude to us, and in the end, my $9 cinnamon brioche was not worth it at all. I had high hopes for a pastry from Savoy, but was sorely disappointed. It wasn't the worst thing ever, but I expected something more pleasant. Of course, the price is due to the location and Savoy's name, not the quality of the food or service.

One of my best meals/dining experiences. A meal that is wonderfully paced, portioned and well put together. The food is memorable from beginning to end, which is rare in my experience. The staff is engaged, relaxed, and very professional. In short it was perfection.

Came with high expectations, unfortunately, the food was kind of bland and uninteresting. Would not mind the high price tag, had the food been delicious, but this was probably our worst eating experience in Vegas, definitely would not recommend

A very memorable evening. The bread and butter are off the charts. The artichoke soup is even better than described. The Dover sole was special. The coconut dessert was delicious. The staff was kind and friendly. They were ever present without be intrusive. Such a special dining experience!!

Other reviews that indicated the staff at Restaurant Guy Savoy welcome and treat you beautifully proved true for us as well!! highlights for us besides the exceptional service by Fabrice and Andre include the amuse bouche, the foie gras, the incredible preparation table side of the salmon entree, the magnificent Dover Sole, and the outstanding Wagyu beef. The pacing of the meal was perfect, and the attentiveness exceptional. The impressive bread trolley should've been enough with the freshly carved curls of butter, but it was the fromage trolley that really offered something exquisite. For me, the coconut six ways was delightful but if one has only one dessert, please try the fromage offerjng. The wine list is really an encyclopedia that earns and deserves its own table at your side. As the host to two dear friends for this dinner, the staff complemented my choices with earnest praise that made me look like a king. We were sent home with fresh current croissant buns to enjoy in the morning. Our dining experience exceeded all of our expectations and we would count ourselves very fortunate to enjoy it in the future. In our many meals at excellent establishments , it is the pinnacle of fine dining.

This is a pretty sad cafe. It could be so much more with just a couple of matters of detail. So let's start with the positives. Coffee is a 7/10. I had a simple latte, and the coffee taste is decent. Brioche Pastry is a 7/10. Nothing special but nothing especially wrong about it either. I'm sure they have it delivered from somewhere but that's fine. Now for the negatives. The Ham & Cheese Croissant was so sad. It has all the necessary ingredients (croissant, ham, cheese), but when they gave it to me it looked like it had gone through a panini press. It was also soggy on the outside and cold on the inside. They weren't even apologetic about. I bought 10 muffins and asked if they could put it in a box. I understand that not everyone would have a box, but she curtly replied, "No!" That's it.

This is definitely a 5star restaurant. However, there were a couple of things we didn't like. First, every table sits basically under a spot light, which is great to see the amazing food, but also caused both my husband and I to squint. Second, it was much louder than I anticipated. Not very romantic. Finally, our servers were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, but one of our servers was visibly annoyed when we wouldn't buy into the “up charge” option (the Celebration meal is $420pp). We chose not to do the wine pairing $770pp) and we didn't do the desert trolley. When we said “no thank you”, our server got a sour look on his face, and sighed. This happened more than once. Also, we could see tension in the body language between some of servers, as well as the floor manager. That being said, the food is phenomenal. You'll be tempted to keep getting more bread, but hold off because you might end up too full by desert, we were.

I’ll never understand why Michelin star chefs continue to put their names on overpriced cafeteria food. $37 USD for a coffee, a stale brioche and a microwaved

With 2 Michelin Stars, this was bound to be one of the best if not the best meal & experience in Vegas! It was my girlfriend's Birthday and while she has been to so many fine dining restaurants that she had no grand expectations, she was still commenting about it the next morning! John Paul was wonderful and been there a decade, so certainly request him. ?????

Guy Savoy is a great gastronomic experience. The staff were wonderful, attentive and friendly. The food was great, except for one thing that I will outline in a second. Overall we loved it except for one dessert. The dessert trolley was great, lots of wonderful things to choose from; definitely yummy and with it. The Mille Feuille was not worth $45 dollars. I don't care if you are Guy Savoy. It was a deconstructed mess. The pastry part was fine, but the creme filling was mixed with whipped crème and it tasted bland. The traditional icing was missing; it was a disappointment to an otherwise great meal.

Absolutely fantastic. My favorite place. The artichoke soup w black truffles was incredible. The mushroom consume sip was also great. The service can't be beat! And, what can be bad when you start with the best bread and butter in the world.
