Broadway Burger Bar and Grill

Burger patties were flavorless. Two employees stood right next to us having a business-related conversation for ten minutes while we were eating, facing us. Felt like we were being watched the whole time. Server was nice, but didn’t check on us until more than halfway through our food. Cocktail was nice.

Come here for breakfast! They have a delicious pancake burger and a good deal on bottomless mimosas but most importantly AMAZING SERVICE. We sat at the bar and were lucky to be helped by Christina who made our experience the best we’ve had yet in Vegas! We’ll be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment we met the hostess the service was exceptional! Our waiter Karen was amazing and greeting us at our table with a smile on his face! He was very informative and answered all our questions. Chef Hector recommended the Madison burger and it did not miss!! If you are in Vegas please visit them inside New York Hotel & Casino!!

The food was INCREDIBLE. Literally my ONLY complaint was that the order of fried pickles poetioned out was WAY too small. Hector was a great cook and very helpful and Cristine was very helpful and friendly when welcoming us. Up the fried pickle portions and we'll be back for more!

Ordered the Upper West side burger. And my husband ordered the Empire State burger. Both were disappointing. Too dry. Bland taste. Presentation looked great but ZERO FLAVOR. And the wait on our order exceeded 20 minutes; restaurant was not busy.

Meh burgers. You can get a better burger someplace else. Nothing bad about it. Just meh. We’ve had better. Service was slow, too. They only had a few staff working and right after the Knights game too. Just meh.

Dawn is an amazing bartender at the Burger Bar. She is friendly, fast, and makes great drinks. Always a great experience when she’s behind the bar!

Great meal here each had a burger and they were cooked great and the sweet potato waffle fries are excellent. Ashley provided great service with a smile. Highly recommend.

Stopped by Broadway Burger for a quick lunch on 12/15/25. Arrived by myself around 11:30am and found the place to be relatively empty. I've never had fried pickles, so I ordered those to start my lunch. They were decent and would order again. Then came my Madison Square Garden burger w/fries. I ordered my burger cooked to Medium (which it was), but unfortunately the burger itself was bland w/very little flavor. Bacon on the burger was salty and overpowered everything. BBQ sauce on the burger was non existent and the roll was old(er) and starting to dry out. It literally fell apart as I was eating it. The fries were good though! Cooked throughly and had what looked to be a small amount of batter on them and that increased the crunch factor. I ordered a Pepsi along with the meal and once I had that 90% finished, my waitress brought me a 2nd glass w/o asking (I was about to ask for a refill, but she beat me to it!! Lol). Employees were excellent/exceptional from the minute I walked into the restaurant! If the employee hadn't been so nice along with being attentive, I would have been 100% disappointed and a return trip would've been out of the question since my meal (with tip) came to a total of $45 and thats a bit steep for an average tasting lunch. Thank you to every employee for the great work done on my lunch experience and just because of them, I will give the place a 2nd chance before I leave town.

Food options were plentiful. Quality of food was outstanding. And the service, Jackie, was phenomenal. I travel to Vegas monthly, and always dine at Broadway Burger, and have never been disappointed.

Jaime rocks. Best server I have ever had there in my approximately 10 times attending. Will definitely look out for her next time. Food is always tasty, prices are moderate and fair for the quantity and quality of food you get. The place is a good pre game get together before catching an event (hockey) at TMobile Arena which is a short hop over on foot. You won't miss the game start. Even when busy, as long as you give yourself an hour, they will usually have you in and out.
