The service was excellent, food was great, will definitely return for another great experience.
Reservations were perfect and they were ready for us! Great service! Our waitress was from Hawaii and the sweetest person. Very attentive to our group!
I was there during happy hour. There were only 5 things for happy hour. I asked for a certain beer and they gave me the wrong one. Because the one I ordered was out.
To make even matters worse my burger was soggy. 40$ I will never see again.
55 min wait for a burger. Not busy 8 tables out of 10!without food. Music? Sounds like dying cows. Food looks good.
Super fun burger joint in New York. The fried pickles were yummy, I love they had Pepsi and they offered plenty of cheeses for my burger.
It took FOREVER to get our food! Also, ordered chicken sandwich and it was as black and burnt on outside and dry on inside. The garlic fries had so much garlic on them, they tasted horrible. Broadway Burger is usually one of our go-to places. This was the first time we were disappointed.
The milkshake was delicious, the garlic fries were good… but the hamburger was very dry. Too dry for my taste.
Closest restaurant to the Mad Apple Cirque du Soleil show. Mainly a hamburger restaurant and bar.
Food was blah. Bland. Buns were supermarket quality. For a place with burger in its name, I expected more. It's fast food quality at best. Service and speed were good
The burger was good

Just want you to expect from my burger and bar joint. Happy hour from 3 to 6. Can’t remember which dates. We got a burger and fries and milkshake. The fries were crispy and soft on the inside. Surprisingly the burgers come dry ( no sauce) order takeout at the bar.
We like going to Broadway Burger, but today I realized a couple of things that didn't set well with me. Charging me $1.50 to add pickles to a burger was insane. The other was the very small portions of onion rings $3.00 up-charge) and fries. The server was a gem.
Non smoking. Bad music.
Waitress never came back to offer drink refills until we were done. Food was decent but not worth the price. The air quality at NY NY is terrible and is as if the smoke is just being sucked into some air handler and blowing out in other locations, including the restaurant.
That's it, I'm done. I'm not coming back ever again. Our burgers were drier than the Sahara desert. I told the waitress we wanted Mayo, ketchup and mustard on the burgers and they forgot. The meat itself was too well done, the bacon I added to the burger was harder than nails. As I said before only good thing is the milkshake.
