Drove across town this morning to this location to get a latte and they tell me “our espresso machine is calibrating it’ll be a few minutes is that ok” I said yeah that’s fine and paid for my coffee. 30 minutes go by.. THIRTY. And I’m still sitting there waiting. I go up to the cashier and tell her “can I just get a refund” and she proceeds to tell me that there’s another location down the street and I could just go there and tell them to make me the drink ……….. first off, if your machine was broken and you weren’t sure how long it would take to get fixed you should’ve told me to go to the other location to begin with! I ask her “are you sure they’ll just make me the drink over there?” She says “yeah it shouldn’t be a problem. I’ll call them and let them know you’re going there” I get to the other location and of course they have no idea what I’m talking about. No one called them and I look stupid. Why say you’re going to call them if you’re not!? Thankfully they were nice about it and just made me the drink. But seriously… ruined my whole morning. Wasted a WHOLE hour trying to get a freaking latte. I get things happen, I get the machine broke but the way the situation was handled was not ok. Shouldve never taken my order and sent me to the other location to begin with. Should’ve updated me after the problem wasn’t fixed within 15min instead of letting me wait there half hour without saying a word. And Should’ve at least given me a free coffee or pastry for all the trouble. SMH. Never again.

Came into Broken Coffee during noon time, not too busy at all. The young lady at cashier took awhile to greet me before getting my order. The staff needs to be more uplifting to their customers. The lattes is a little overpriced for something that is just 75% of ice. Not the best experience but also not the worst, hope they will improve in the near future.

This is probably my favorite location in Vegas. The parking can be a bit tough if it’s a weekend or weekday during lunch/dinner. Their matcha is lovely and their cookies are really soft and really good.

I had one of the best authentic matcha in Las Vegas yesterday! It was at Broken Coffee. We were in line for dinner at Sushi Neko and since the wait was an hour long, we decided to grab drinks there. Glad we stopped by. Would highly recommend!
