I recently stopped by Broken Yolk Cafe during a visit to Las Vegas, and it quickly became one of the most memorable breakfast/brunch experiences of my trip. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the bright, welcoming atmosphere — the dining area felt spacious, clean, and full of life with groups of locals and travelers alike enjoying their meals.
The menu here is impressively extensive, offering everything from classic breakfast staples to exciting twists like lemon ricotta pancakes and caprese eggs benedict. Whether you’re in the mood for fluffy pancakes, flavorful omelets, or hearty skillets, there’s something delicious for every palate.
During my visit, the food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. My dish was cooked to perfection — rich flavors, generous portions, and beautifully presented. Several diners around me were raving about their eggs benedict and pancakes, gushing that the pancake stacks were some of the best they’d had in Vegas.
But the highlight was definitely the service. The staff struck the perfect balance of friendly and professional; our server went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, including thoughtful suggestions from the menu and timely check-ins throughout the meal.
Absolutely excellent! The house Bloody Mary is delish. The portions were large and reasonably priced. We loved it here and will be back next time we’re in town!

Best place for breakfast. Our waitress was very attentive. A nice vibe here. The smoked salmon with avocado and capers was delicious. Mom's omelet was very good too. We enjoyed the champagne flight and tropical flights.

The food and service were amazing. Our server, Molly, was incredibly kind and attentive, and the entire staff made us feel so welcome. The Eggs Benedict were a standout and a huge hit. The vibe was delightfully old-school with a great atmosphere overall. Highly recommend.

Derek and Rodger took great care of my fiance and I during our visit to this location. We’ve come here a few times now and the consistency is amazing. Friendly service, FABULOUS chilaquiles, and the best grapefruit juice on the west coast.

Everything was great! Our family had a great time. The ranchero skillet was amazing. Gluten free pancakes were on point as well. Bloody Mary's were great. We will be back tomorrow morning!

The entrance was not the easiest to find, but we managed to locate it.
A spotless restaurant with extremely friendly staff.
The menu has something for everyone, but the prices felt a bit high. The food was fresh, though, so it was worth it. I had chicken and waffles Benedict. Those weren't the best chicken and waffles I've had, but they'll do. Also love the big chunks of fresh fruit as a side. My Bloody Mary was also delicious. Although I requested not to be spicy, it still made my mouth tingle, but not to the point of being too spicy. So that one is forgiven. Every person working that day kept checking on me, to the point it became a bit annoying, honestly.
However, when we asked for the check, we were offered the payment machine to be brought to our table. And the waitress already decided we were going to tip 25%... Although we could still change that before actually paying, the move didn't feel right, and it automatically makes me want to tip less.
Worth it? If you like over-friendly service that expects big tips and fresh food, go for it. I don't think I'll be visiting again.

Absolutely fabulous breakfast! I had the lemon ricotta pancakes with eggs, and bacon and an iced caramel latte. My husband had the french toast. The portions are very generous and it is priced well, especially for Vegas! I can't wait to visit Broken Yolk again!

Very friendly staff. Although it was very busy and we hadn't made a reservation, they managed to find us a table within a few minutes.
