I recently stopped by Broken Yolk Cafe during a visit to Las Vegas, and it quickly became one of the most memorable breakfast/brunch experiences of my trip. Best place for breakfast. Our waitress was very attentive. A nice vibe here. The smoked salmon with avocado and capers was delicious. Mom's omelet was very good too. We enjoyed the champagne flight and tropical flights.

The food and service were amazing. Our server, Molly, was incredibly kind and attentive, and the entire staff made us feel so welcome. The Eggs Benedict were a standout and a huge hit. The vibe was delightfully old-school with a great atmosphere overall. Highly recommend.
