Brother's Pizza

My husband and I ordered wings and pizza and when we went to pick it up Michelle the blonde older lady screamed at us. I've worked in restaurants since I was 16 and I've never treated anyone like that. She yelled at my husband because " someone stole our wings," and continued to yell at him so he stepped outside to let me handle it. Michelle was screaming at me too in front of other customers, it was humiliating. We just wanted our dinner and instead were greeted by a rude woman screaming at everyone. I was so shocked and politely waited for my food after 20 minutes of her screaming and being rude to other customers I eventually left because she told me I'd have to wait longer because they had to make my order from scratch. Do NOT give these people your business I called the next day for a refund and the lady that answered made up every excuse as to why it was okay for that lady to yell at me. She told me she worked in construction and that's why she has such a bad attitude. I don't care what the situation is you don't treat customers like that. I never got a refund or call from a manager regarding my complaint. I do NOT recommend this place unless you want to yelled at treated like garbage. We even tipped and didn't get our food or a refund. This is hands down the worst place for customer service and it's been two weeks and still no refund or a call from management. Do NOT give these people your business they're rude and yell at you.

We were sick of those chain pizza places and their garbage pizza so we tried Brothers Pizza. Wow! This is what pizza is supposed to taste like. The crust was crispy and the pizza was very flavorful. We ordered the toasted Raviolis and they were yummy! Highly recommend this place if you want good pizza. Almost forgot the lady that was working even helped carry out the order to the car. She went above and beyond in my opinion these days people don’t even offer to help you with the door.

Amazing place love the pizza and the people who work here. Michelle is the absolute best and so sweet. Even though she spilled hotsauce on her self she still had a smile and took greay care of us. Will def be coming back next time we visit Vegas.

I come here to all the time but at one point I stop when the new guy had the place so I decided to come back again in the original owner was back it was like he never left the food here is amazing all the time also the pricing and Michelle in the day time is awesome I believe that her name her customer service is the best

So its been awhile since we came here because we weren't satisfy with our food when they had a new owner. So today my husband and I gave brothers another try and I gotta say I was very happy with my food! The pizza was definitely back to what it use to be and we found out the original owner bought it back!

UPDATE: She called me back with the biggest attitude. She said that the money was refunded by her boss and before I could even finish saying thank you she hung up on me. I don't understand where the ugly attitude came from because not once was I rude/mean/raised my voice to her.
She has a nasty attitude and needs to be retrained and should not be in a customer service position.

Christina (If that's even her name) needs to be retrained ASAP. I placed an order at 8pm on Halloween night and called 3 times due to no pizza arriving. The first time I called at 8:57 she said that the food is ready and they're waiting on a driver so l said okay and waited another 20 minutes. (I ordered on Brothers pizza's website and they don't tell you it's delivered through Uber until you've already checked out). The 2nd time was at 9:15. She was very rude and said she can't do anything about it and she'll call uber and call me back (surprise, no call back). I work in customer service so at no point was I being rude or defensive bc I understand busy nights. The last time I called was at 9:35 because I never received a call back and received an email that the pizza would be delivered at 10pm(original delivery time 8:50). This time she didn't even say hello, she immediately answered and said "Uber will be here in 5 minutes." At this point I was fed up and asked if I could just get a refund. She said no because it's through uber eats. I told her no l ordered through the website she said "oh then I can cancel the order and give you a credit but that's all." and when I tried to ask again
for a refund she cut me off, raised her voice and said very rudely that she can't refund me. I told her that she needed to stop being rude and standoffish especially because I am being very professional and kind. She yelled "I AM NOT BEING RUDE. FINE ILL CALL MY BOSS AND HAVE HIM REFUND IT." And didn't even let me finish speaking before hanging up. DO NOT GO HERE

The food is always delicious! I usually get the $8.88 take out pizza or baked ziti and would recommend either. Additionally, the friendly, efficient, and generous staff make for a wonderful experience every time!

I was recommended by a friend to stop by as they had really good garlic fries. The order was out fast and hot and the service was fantastic. The food was just as good as my friend had told me. The blonde lady behind the counter was amazing and got my food out within a timely manner.
