Absolutely love the chocolate peanut butter oat milk ice cream. Wish a location would open up a little closer to the Desert Shores/Centennial area.

Awesome ice cream and a variety of flavors and they change some of the flavors with the seasons. Had salted caramel toffee and egg nog. Yummy!!

As always, the ice cream was excellent and the sweet potato pie ice cream really touched my southern roots! Unfortunately, at the Sahara-Las Vegas location, customer service on Veterans day left A LOT to be desired. The managers left 1 employee, Jose, to handle drive-up and walk-up. I asked Jose to give my complaint to his mgrs, and once they came out and I spoke with Julie, she was a bit off-puting, and didn't seem to appreciate my concerns, hence the generous 4 stars!
It was so good 😊 I will definitely be back!!

Ice cream is amazing. Staff is friendly. So many great flavors to choose from. The ice cream cakes are great have had them for some special occasions. Tuesday buy one scoop get one free. They also have other daily specials
I've told everyone years ago that Brusters' ice cream is the best ice cream in the world. Graham Central Station is the best ice cream flavor, and it used to be rotated with Camp fire s'mores, which you cannot find either anymore. I'm very disappointed. I don't know what happened.Graham Central Station should be a staple!!! Please 🙏 BRING IT BACK!!
I have been purchasing ice cream from this store for a few years. A few weeks ago, I had an issue with one of the products. I called and spoke with the manager, Dave. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Also, during the call, he recommended that I should try the Peanut Butter Paddles ice cream. I’m sure glad I did! It’s now one of my favorites! Thank you for the excellent customer service!
