Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Me and my family absolutely love this place.Every time we're on this side of town, we go there every single time.Also , we have been going in there for many , many years at the main location up in pennsylvania, so we are long-term. Customers love their ice cream love all of the family oriented individuals that work there.

Their ice cream is delicious! A great variety of flavors and are regularly rotated. Has a nice outdoor area. Generous scoops, which is good because it isn't the cheapest.

Love, love, love this place! The always-changing menu/flavors keep me coming back! The staff are friendly and patient, especially with me as I can never make a quick decision. I suggest this place to anyone who wants the best cool treats for that sweet tooth.

great staff! very accommodating and was patient with me as I tried a few samples. they also made some great recommendations that my kids loved and the quality is top tier! highly recommended to anyone looking for awesome ice cream with a huge variety of flavors!

Tasty, a bit pricey, many flavor choices

I recently, 7-13-25, special ordered Chocolate marshmallow ice cream for my husband for our anniversary. The chocolate ice cream was lovely as usual. However, it was ordered as chocolate marshmallow. There was such a scant amount of marshmallow you really couldn’t even see it. My husband said he could taste the flavor of marshmallow here and there, but not much. We are great fans of Bruster’s and the owner. However, when you order a flavor, you should a get that done properly. If they were low on marshmallow, I should have told. If someone was just lazy about making it, that’s another situation. I wanted to contact Bruster’s directly, but could only call the store. There’s no email to contact them. Thank you for mostly great ice cream. It was a disappointment for an anniversary surprise.

Good Ice Cream. Order at outside at walk-up window. No dinning inside.

First time trying the ice cream and it is great. My daughter says the vegan ice cream is great. I would recommend to anyone in Vegas

Amazing every time!

Ordered a regular hot fudge sundae with pecans added at drive through.Tipped the order lady. Drove to window and I received just ice cream and pecans. The person at the window said I only paid for one extra ingredient and I would need to pay more to add the hot fudge. I told him I thought a regular sundae includes hot fudge. He said nope. A regular sundae is just ice cream in a cup. Another reason never tip before you receive your order. He gave me a small container of hot fudge after I paid another dollar.

This ice cream is way above average and they have options that are with out cow milk so good
