A very good experience. Excellent place with a great atmosphere, good food, and excellent service. This is the second Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. we've visited. The first was the one inside Pier 39 in San Francisco. Both have spectacular flavor. I would perhaps recommend softer bread for the crab and shrimp rolls. The bread they use at the San Francisco location is better. But what really matters, the flavor of the shrimp and crab, we loved that. A place we'll return to. Thank you.

Absolutely the worst service. Couldn’t even get a Caesar Salad with chicken correct.

We visited Bubba Gump while on vacation in Las Vegas. Despite it being a weekend, there was no wait, and we were seated right away. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor; there are escalators + an elevator. Restaurant & restrooms were clean. There is also outdoor seating on a balcony that has a view of the Vegas strip. Our server was friendly. For appetizers, I ordered the clam chowder, and my husband ordered the gumbo. Both were good! I don't remember the name of the entrées we each ordered. My platter came with fish, shrimp, hush puppies, and french fries. My husband's platter had jumbo fried shrimp stuffed with crab and fries. The food was delicious!

Went here whilst working out in vegas for a quick bite to eat and being a forest gump and Dr Pepper fan couldn’t resist it, the box of chocolates isn’t that big if you buy one and the shop downstairs is well stocked. Food was ok nothing to shout about but it wasn’t expensive for vegas and had a good atmosphere

Got food poisoning a ruined my wrestlemania weekend!!!!!!!!!

Nothing out of the ordinary. Service was little slow. Maybe because we went late in the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and polite.

No point booking on the app. Turned up and still had to wait 15 minutes. 20 minute wait for a drink from the point of ordering. Food was ok but nothing special. Won't be retuning and absolutely no point using the app.

Food had no taste. I started with the far out Dip and added shrimp. The shrimp came out white with no flavor and the dip had very little flavor also. My friend got a crab and shrimp boil. There was just seasons thrown on to the seafood. The boil had no real taste and was very dry.

Good day. My name is Les and recently visited your restaurant in Las Vegas. My server's name was Allen and I must say that he was one of the best servers that l've had while dining out. Allen was extremely polite, well mannered, and a true customer service representative that displayed a high level of excellence while he was serving myself. It was truly a pleasure to have Allen as my server and I would definitely return to your restaurant and request him to be my server. The food was amazing and served hot! Drinks were cold and the atmosphere was nice! Music wasn't so loud you couldn't visit your party but enough that you could enjoy the music! Staff was very attentive, and our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu! Highly recommend this location!

Their reservation system was a mess. Seating people with no reservations before people with them. Our reservation was at 7:30 and didn't receive our food until after 8:30, our party was 4 adults and 2 kids. Our server hardly acknowledged us, seemed more focused on the bigger parties for some reason. Food was okay at least but doubt I'll be coming back here anytime soon.

Service was great and very Accommodating. Besides that, food was very sub par for the price you are paying.

No matter the location, Bubba Gump has wonderful food, service and atmosphere! Would definitely recommend
