The salad was wilted, the mozzarella bread was cold when served. Our chicken Alfredo was dry and starchy. Even though we had reservations it took 20 minutes for the waiter to take our drink order and he basically did the food and drink order at the same time.
We have dined at Buca many times (30-50, probably). We usually like the food. Sometimes it is a little sketchy. The last two meals were not good. Saturday, we had lasagna. It was barely warm when served and quickly became cold. It was dry. The flavor was off. The garlic bread was too hard and dry. A few weeks ago, we had spaghetti. The noodles appeared undercooked, and/or they were left out and dried up on some of it. We arrived at 5:10 p.m. We were worried that we wouldn't make our 7pm showtime next door at NY NY. We barely made it due to slower than usual service. In the past, we have had some very good meals. It appears that quality has slipped quite a bit.
Exquisite food. Wait staff were very happy to talk and were lovely but forgot a few of our requests
Waited 15 minutes at the Bar because we were a little early. Bartender was excellent and service was nearly immediate. Called to table within 5 minutes of the reservation. The Server and Manager both checked if we got the food and drinks we wanted (we did). Great experience even though we lost the Las Vegas Bowl to Utah.
It took more than 20 minutes after reservation time to get table. I had to request table at the bar to avoid waiting longer for table. Food quantity was good but taste was ok. Brought wrong order for garlic bread and on reporting issue, server did not work on fixing the issue. Since demand was higher it seemed resolving the isaue was not important.
It was a delightful experience. It was valued for money, considering Las Vegas. The service and food were excellent. Great for families. Highly recommend.
Food was good although a lot. Hector was friendly & service was good. Dinner for 4 is my recommendation which would of easily fed 6.

Food was decent. Prices were fair. They were a little heavy on the grated parm cheese for the kids menu items.

Me and my fiancé visited Vegas for thanksgiving and decided on Buca di Beppo. The food was amazing as always! I’m leaving this review in particular because of the service. Our server Kwane was hands down the best server in Vegas. It almost felt like a family member was serving us.
I highly recommended this location!

Way downhill from a year ago but still good. Thanksgiving options went down, stuffing went down.
Ordered the turkey special for 3 to 4 for $105.00, should have stuck to their traditional Italian dishes.
Waited 16 minutes to order, waiter was not good at all, waited 30 minutes to get a carry out out box , had to ask manager to get a box to put the rest of our pizza in. He didn’t check on us to see if we needed anything else. I’ll never go back to buca di pepper again Excalibur. Worst service ever.

We stopped in for some family style dining for a birthday celebration. The food was large in portions, served family style. Great opportunity to chat with your friends and family over a meal.😋😋
