Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Slow service, ordered chicken rigatoni, had to dig for pieces of chicken, mainly pasta. Never asked about refills for water or cocktails. Listed on reservation celebrating a birthday which was never recognized.

The fried mozzarella and spaghetti was delicious but we were not fond of the salad. The lettuce was very wilted.

A truly amazing experience and Blessed night for me.. I reunited with my Beautiful nephew, i hadn't seen fir way over a decade... love the vibe at Bucca... Food and Service were outstanding.., Thank you...Such s a-great night!!!

Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. We had chicken Parmesan, and it was not even pounded out. It was very thick and the breading was soggy, and there was no flavor to our sauce and our bruschetta was a bunch of fillings stuck in the middle with breadstick surrounding it that were really cold and dry Very disappointed

Took 40 minutes to get drinks, over an hour to get food. Server said he was “slammed”, half the tables were empty. My daughters and I came to Las Vegas for my 65th birthday and I chose Buca for my birthday dinner. Based on my past experiences with our local buca, I anticipated a wonderful experience but was very disappointed. I would not recommend

Our food was tasty and we had a voucher for a nice discount, but unfortunately, our server was not friendly. We had to remind him about our voucher and when we did, he just left a pen with the check and didn't explain what the pen was for. So we asked him from across the room, and then he asked us to write our voucher number on the check. I will visit this restaurant again because we enjoyed the food and ambiance. But I hope that we get a different server next time and if we get the same one, we will request a different server.

We had the family style there was 21 people and we took food with us we order 7 different items and it was delicious. We will go back .

Our waitress was excellent, patient and helpful. The restaurant and wait times were fine, and you certainly get a lot of food for your money. However our fettuccine was fairly bland, and the garlic bread just didn't taste great. The best thing about the meal was the green beans we ordered. I want to reiterate however, that the staff were all very kind and we had no problems there.

Had a waiter with an attitude. He wasn't a good listener and complained alot. We were sat next to the kitchen and got to hear the employees arguing with each other.

We had a great experience here recently. We sat at the bar and had the best bartender, Jiro. He was friendly and engaging. Their happy hour (all day at the bar) is awesome with great drink and app specials. We ordered the small lasagna and, along with our fried mozzarella, was plenty of food for the two of us. The food was delicious and ,along with the great drink prices and energetic bartender, we had a fun time and will def be back soon.
