Everything about my experience was amazing!!! The wait staff were so awesome and accommodating for it allergies. The chef came and greeted us and the manager was delightful!!! Can't wait to go back again next timeDietary restrictions: My party had a few dietary restrictions such as spice and tomatoes and they were very accommodating

Service was friendly but a bit slow, had to ask for refills on drinks and had to request extra napkins. Although tasty, the pricing is a bit much especially for appetizers. Also be advised, they say a large entree is for 4-5 people, no way. More like 8-10 people if we're talking about the lasagna. I mean it was just wayyyyy too much lasagna. We could've saved a good amount of money and food by just ordering a smaller size. That thing is a cynder block! And kind of underwhelming on taste. The starter bread is sooo good, Alfredo was also delish (but could really use more shrimp and bigger, those were too cute). This is a good place to visit if you have a large group, nice ambiance.

Horrible experience!! Tonight my family and I went to Buca for dinner. We made a reservation at 3 o’clock on Wednesday 4/17 for 14 people, so well in advance. At 6:30pm we sat at our table for 30 minutes before even seeing a server. By then, we were ready to order our meals for the table at the same time she took our drink order. While waiting another 30 minutes, some of us actually went out to our cars to get our water bottles. We waited an hour total for our drinks to arrive, which were not correct.. it almost appeared to be a hail-mary attempt at maybe getting a couple drinks correct by someone else who brought them out. Hour and a half into this, we finally received our appetizers and salad which was great because it gave us something in our bellies and thankfully the food arrived in a timely manner after that. Although, I had to ask our server three separate times for waters and refills. Our bill came out to $500+ dollars, not super expensive but enough that we should have had better service. The whole dinner from start to finish was 3.5 hours, we talked enough during the waiting that when we were done eating we all left immediately after.I am mainly doing this review to inform others that I don’t think this would be a good choice if you have more than 6 people in your party. Normally, when you make a reservation for that amount of people in advance, the staff knows the influx that is coming in and the timely work that they’ll need to do.FYI- I only recommended Caesar salad because that’s the only thing I ate.
