Buffalo Wild Wings

This tuesday 12/8 we went in for some wings around 12 am early morning a total of 6 ,probably one of the worst ever hostess to put at the door, the minute we walked in he began attacking us with attitude and disrespect and wasn't welcoming at all gave dirty looks and just made the whole experience uncomfortable, he did everything in his will to try and not have us in by stating we can't sit at the bar if we aren't 21 nor can't sit at any tables but buddy we kept our proffessionalsm and not let that stop us from dining in just dont tip , thank god that type of service is not like it is back here in denver colorado you can count on going in to a buffalo wings late night and be properly welcomed

I sent in an order at 12:46am and I'm just receiving the order at 1:47am. The delivery driver was waiting for 30 mins to pick up the order. I called the store wanting to see if they received my order, an employee answered the phone and said that they just handed out my order because they had messed up the order. So I called back once I received my order and waited on the phone for 30mins for the manger to get on the phone to argue with me. I told him I received my order with the fries being old/cold and the wings being not hot. The manager says that he will only refund the delivery fee and hung up after he was arguing and yelling at me for 10 mins. Im just visiting Vegas and this is my last night. Does anyone know the franchise owner of this location because he needs to know I threw everything away.

My family and I really like going to Buffalo Wild Wings never had any issues , but this time it was a really bad experience. The food took a long time to come, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy . Most of the waiters were sitting at another table, not helping us. The waiter who was supposed to serve us didn’t want to take our order because we looked young. Instead, they sat us next to the pos booth and started talking about us, and we could hear everything. It made us feel very uncomfortable. We felt so upset that I paid for our food before we finished eating so we wouldn’t have to deal with more problems. We also didn’t get refills for our drinks, and when we finally got one, a different server slammed the drink down in front of my 12-year-old cousin, which was very rude. It was the worst experience ever, Keep in mind that out bill was 116 because even after the experience I still tipped the waitress because I know what it feels like to work in the industry honestly poor management because even the manager was watching over us as we ate as well as horrible customer service no one was at the front desk when I wanted to talk to the manager after I paid when we asked for Togo boxes we had to wait even more time. Next time I rather go to a different place. Buffalo wild wings do better!!

Objects that weren't food was found in the meal

Waitress refused to seat me for literally no reason. Name was sapphire, extrmely rude and should be fire immediately. . . No wonder this location hasnt even a 4 star rating, unacceptable for the strip.

Sit in there for 20 mins before a server come to my table to order food. Server was absent the whole time during the dinner. I waited another 15mins after i finished my food to get the bill. I purposely didn’t leave any tip. But later discovered server gave herself an extra 5 dollar tip on my credit card. The owner please contact me!!

Lucky if there’s someone at the door around noon and terrible customer service by the manager the short brother. Needs to be retrained how to provide customer service without a defensive look on his face. My wife and i walked out before we were even asked if we wanted drinks. Hell to the naw naw

Food, ambience and vibe us too good but not the service, the waitress named chayenee who served was totally throwing menus on our face, and she was too rude when we asked about the water cup without the ice and also mumbling about us in another waitress ear, cause we just said her, we dont want the receipt and she said u have a good one, we didn’t quite hear that and said we replied we dont want the reciept, she was like i said have a good one
