It’s a hit or miss here. Honestly some days is great. Some days is horrible. Same with the service came the day after the Super Bowl got some cold chicken wings like if they were leftovers or sandbagged the service was great, but as I am having lunch today, the moment my server came up I was already aware that it was going to be a horrible experience, but once my food came out, the wings were super fresh I couldn’t even be bothered. Super disappointed though because we asked for our carrots and celery sticks, and she said that’s an extra up charge which I was not aware of. I asked for a ranch she said that was extra but I was always aware. Once our ranch was rang up a different server brought it out once he arrived at the table. I asked him if the lunch specials came with carrots and celery stick he said yes of course they do. It’s optional. Would you like me to get you some? I said no because the woman which was our server tried to charge us an additional two dollars for them, so I said no thank you I just wanted to be aware of the situation. Great wings, horrible service. Thumbs up to Zack for trying to Resolve the situation without even asking to. the fries are usually always good but I had the potato wedges and they were so delicious two thumbs up to the kitchen staff for whipping up a delicious fresh meal

As an uber/doordash driver, this place is almost a guaranteed bad experience for pickup. Constantly not prioritizing orders and skipping them to do dine in orders. It just seems like they forget 3rd party delivery orders are still their customer.

Understaffed, there was five people ahead of me waiting for their order all of them not too happy and when I asked how long the wait was, they just replied a long time. I waited a few minutes and no one acknowledged me. I forgot to add, since no one acknowledged me after a few minutes I left. And highly doubt I would recommend this place.

Great wings, and fast service. Place is full of sports screens and lots of younger people.

This was my first visit to this BWW. The service was very quick and my order was ready in no time. The staff was very friendly, polite and courteous. The wings were delicious. I would highly recommend this BWW and I will certainly be back.

Came in on 2/1/2025 at 9pm, the hostess was very rude and not welcoming. We waited 15 mins for a table that was available, not sure why she made us wait.
Food was good, but management should definitely train their staff properly, specially the ones at front of house. Won’t be coming back due to poor customer service.

Our server tried her best but I think the kitchen earned this review. We waited 30 minutes after another server attempted to serve the wrong order to us (bone in instead of boneless and the wrong sauce, probably someone else's order). After delivery, they claimed they "lost" our order (electronic ordering doesn't get "lost") but the reality is the wrong order came out first and I informed that server it was incorrect, which was ignored and we paid the price with the waiting game. Oh well, live and learn.

I went in last night ~30/40 min before the end of happy hour and my bartender Rocky was phenomenal. He recommended a delicious happy hour draft, and even gave a great liquor recommendation too. Super friendly, super fast service, super experience all around. Shout out to you Rocky, keep up the great work!

I really enjoy coming to this location for great food and exceptional service.CJ is the main reason why I keep coming back. He is very kind, professional, and he knows how to take care of us during our stay. The wings are always delicious!

Came to place a to go order. The hostesses were not very attentive at all and would see a huge crowd at the front and keep walking lol. But the food was cooked perfectly so when its that good I can let the service slide.

Got an email and promotion from the app for BOGO Wings monday-thursday and was rudely denied service after successfully placing the order on the app. Wasted my time driving to not receive any food.

We ordered take out. Not sure how one could mess up wings, so they were good. But, the burger meat had beans and I think corn in it. Never seen a meat patty like that and was not impressed. I went to a Houston location years back and vowed to never go back. I remember why now. The server working the register was cordial and nice.

Very bad service on Google map, it says that at 2:00am and 9:30pm they saw the kitchen, it's stupid, they only sell takeaway and they don't notify it on the website.
