The service was terrible here they was moving like sloths and on top of that there were only 2 workers and the server we had was lowkey rude the food was good though so I won’t complain but if you don’t want to wait 40 mins for your food go to a different Buffalo Wild Wings because this one was not worth it at all

Melinda, was extremely shitty. A group of 4 of us placed pick up order due to time constraints, we were told by staff at entrance we can take our food to bar. Once we got to the bar Melinda decided to be extremely rude and condescending repeating that we cannot eat our pick up order there & buy drinks at the bar. She then asked Krissa to take over assisting which she gladly did however Melinda continued to pull Krissa and continue to gossip about my group and making comments loud so we can hear. As a long time consumer of Buffalo Wild Wings I would rather take my business elsewhere if this is the service we get. To top it off, the restaurant is completely empty with probably six customers at max.

I come here during football and our orders are never correct. It's bad when your employees are complaining about your cooks. I think its about time for a management chance to straighten this place out

Absolute awful quality of food. Little meat over breaded, under sauced. What has happened to this brand. This place used to be on top now I will never return to this restaurant. The last 2 times I have been to this location I stopped eating 70% of my food because it’s unappetizing. So much overfried garbage food.

Great place to watch the game with lots of big screens showing whatever team you're rooting for. Good food & drink specials, friendly service & of course, the awesome Asian Zing wings!

It’s been a long time since I’ve had Buffalo Wild Wings, and sadly, this will be my last visit. I ordered both traditional and boneless wings with blue cheese, carrots, and celery — none of which were included. The food arrived cold at 11 AM, which should’ve been a fresh start to the day. The breading was dry, the chicken was even drier, and the boneless wings were the worst I’ve ever had. Traditional wings had decent flavor but were still cold and clearly not fresh. I was looking forward to a great Sunday football meal with my family like the old days — but this was just a letdown. Whatever happened to the quality here needs to be addressed. You’ve lost my business.

I will not longer order from this place again Im sorry but if Im asking for modifications on my food and Im getting charged for it I expect to get what Im paying for, 4th time that I come here and boom wrong order, not worth the trip back and forth anymore.

We had lunch yesterday and it was delicious. I loved my patty melt and my friend had the triple burger. Our server was great and this place will be a regular spot!

French’s customer service was amazing couldn’t have been any better, she was spot on with everything and very attentive. She recommended some amazing appetizers and burgers. Everything was 10/10 will be coming back soon.
