Food was really good, we tried their fried pickles and the cauliflower (got those nice and spicy).

Special mention to our waiter who made sure to check in on us and cracked a few jokes 5/5 will be coming back!

Never order on Super Bowl day. 2 years in a row their website took my order, gave me a wrong estimated time of delivery, delivery time kept moving but at the end got the food delayed so bad even after calling them. They also hung up on me… Do not order food today. You won’t get it.

Don’t waste your time here , I’ve been to BWW many times and this was hands down my worst experience because the service was horrible seriously. Server forgot small things like the drinks which I gave her the benefit of the doubt but then she forgot things that were literally on the receipt??? Then once we were done it took like 10 minutes for a bill ? I will definitely not be coming back.

My servers name was Akira and at first when she forgot simple stuff I was like oh its okay but then she started forgetting stuff with my meal and then she gave me a refill and it was not the same soda, I noticed that other tables were having to remind her what their food came with . My food was not great either, my wings had almost no sauce on them.

Got traditional wings for delivery and I got wings with their feathers on super gross.

This place is the worst literally they always close earlier than hours posted on the door and online how can you be in a 24 hour city and not cater to the actual schedule

This is hands down the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location when it comes to pick up/mobile orders. The orders are NEVER done on time. EVER. In person service is great & I’ve never had a problem at the bar but beware of calling it in or ordering through the app. It will always be at least 30 minutes late.

This buffalo is really standing on how good bogo deal is and the food. The company itself is great but the workers at this location are terrible. This might be the only time where I truly feel robots taking over jobs might not be a bad idea.

I visited the Hualapai location on December 3rd. They were over half of the booths and tables available. We were the only ones waiting to be seated. I saw six or more employees just looking at us waiting to be seated while they were standing there talking. No one greeted us or even had the courtesy to say “give us a minute” or “we’ll be right with you.” After about four minutes standing my son and I sat ourselves in the booth right by the hostess stand. We then sat there for about another three minutes with not even an acknowledgment. Seeing that as a prelude to how the entire visit was going to be we got up and left. I drove to the BW3’s on South Durango. Completely different experience. The hostess sat us almost immediately and was very friendly. Our server Seirra did an amazing job and she received over a 50% tip for changing our dinner experience that night. I will always avoid Hualapai location moving forward.

The cooks who handle the online order system are garbage. Waiting 30 minutes for a small order when the restaurant has one or two tables is unacceptable. This place makes cooking chicken wings look insurmountable
