I get suckered back into this place a couple times a year and every time I am left disappointed by the service. I love the wings but for whatever reason the service can never be close to acceptable. For a place that sells drinks and serves hot wings it is upsetting to sit and wait 20 minutes for a drink, worse when you get one and there's never an opportunity to get another. Looks like carryout is the best option here.

Have been to this location 5 times. Food comes out cold and also had to wait roughly 50 minutes each time. The people here are good but wait time is trash. One time waited 45 minutes each at the bar for food when it was dead.

This used to be a really solid restaurant. Not sure what happened, but it's not clean, service is slow and the food is marginal.

I've been there in person during lunch and everything was great and the server was amazing. I ordered for takeout and it took an hour on a Monday night with no games to get a house sampler filled with the end of onion rings.

Ordered online said food would be ready by 8:20 Pm. I got there at 7:40 and food is already stone cold. They forgot to put my sauce in there as well. No one picked up the phone when I called to let them know. So here goes your 1 star

Lunch here was a delightful experience! The food is fresh and crispy.
Our server, Nicholas, was fantastic!
He checked in with us and quickly noticed when we needed a refill. Such great service!

Overly busy on a Tuesday. Servers kept coming to the table asking if we ordered things we didn't order. Fries were horrible. I had a bacon patty melt and i got sick all night. I'm never going back !

I ordered my food online . They told me that my order will be ready 40 minutes I understand is Sunday it was ok for me but when I got there I wait for another 55 minutes 😡 very disappointed and my food was cold. Came home is only ten minutes from there and the food was cold and the wings tested like a very car oil so bad I’m very disgusted 🤢 never ever will go there 🤬

I attempted to eat here with my husband, 8 year old, and 4 month old. When I walked in there were several people in the lobby and no host or waiters coming over to check with people. After about 5 minutes someone did come to the area and we were seated right away; I’m guessing all these other people were waiting for to go. We ordered our food and waited over an hour, but ended up having to leave. It’s a ridiculous amount of time to wait for food there, and just not an option with a baby.

Update: Ordered wings last night and THEY HAD FEATHERS ON THEM!
Never ever ever answers the phone. Got my food with no ranch or sauce for the cheese curds. It's almost impossible to even order from this place if you can even get ahold of anyone, and then the orders are incomplete. Not the first or 2nd time.
