Ordered the pretty awesome sounding 2 for 19.99 deal and got 3 orders of 10 boneless wings with a drink and tots each. They came hard and crusty. Very difficult to eat. When we mentioned it to the server we were told they're hit and miss. Hit and miss?? Are we at a restaurant that specializes in wings or not? What a shame.

walked in around 11:15 on 9/17… no acknowledgment then at 11:33 they tell me they stopped taking orders at 1130. i stood there and no one spoke to me until i called then the lady stares at me while shes on the phone

I have tried doing pickup 3 times from here. I keep giving them chances, even though each time, my order is 20 minutes late at LEAST. Doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or dinner or if they are busy or not.
My order today I placed at 12:05, was supposed to be ready at 12:30. It’s now 12:50 and i’m still standing here. It’s 10 wings and some sides..
you guys seriously need to work on improving the takeout times. i’m not coming back.

Seirra L was our server today and she was the best server I’ve ever had at BWW but just also anywhere! She was quick, friendly, kind, on top of everything and anticipated what we were needing. She deserves a raise and I’d keep her forever if I were her boss. I will come back to this BWW just to have her as a server! Thoroughly impressed! Food was also great today and perfectly crispy.
