Joe’s service was terrible today. He was rude from the moment we arrived, with no apparent reason. We tried to get his attention for over 30 minutes to place our order but eventually gave up and had to ask another waitress for help. She had to tell him to take our order, which he finally did after 30 minutes, only to get it wrong. I understand he was busy, but the level of service was unacceptable. It’s disappointing because he usually provides good service.

Placed an order. Driver was there waiting pickup, and the business canceled my order without contacting me. Called and they said even though orders have been placed via their website, they auto cancel when the kitchen hits a max count for over 30-Minutes. Not too happy I have to now wait 3-10 days for a refund. More than likely will never visit this brand again.

Food literally cold asl. We sat in the bar. We didn’t get the same service as the white customers and it was very noticeable. I still tipped 18% but it was a horrible experience

Update 1/15/2025: Checked online to see if BWW was open. The website showed 12pm. Its Wed 10:05pm. Packed up the family and headed over, got inside and was told the dinning room and bar are closed. We also received conflicting answers when we asked if we could order to go. Not sure what happened, really weird and frankly not welcoming. I'm not one to give bad reviews easily, but this was horrible. Screenshot of website and the posted hrs on the door.
Been here to watch MMA fights. Service is great and the 6 for 20 is pretty awesome.

I ordered the 20 boneless wings bundle that is supposed to come with dipping sauces. I ordered 2 ranch and 2 bleu cheese and didn't get a single one. I called and they said their was nothing they can do about it unless I wanted to come pick up the dips myself. I ordered delivery for a reason so why would I go and pick them up? How about pay attention to your orders! Ridiculous

This place has really gone downhill. The managers really need to get a grip. My kids love it here but the headache each time we come isn’t worth it. The food is always cold and never consistent. A lot of staff but no help. Dining room and bar closes at different times each day. Forget about doing to go orders. Never once has it been correct. Then they act like you forgot to make the food and bag it. I’ve never seen such poor work ethic.

I just sat at the bar for 15 minutes While the bartender was chitchatting an let me sit there after giving me a menu an never returned. I sat for 15 minutes then left and nobody even ask a question. I've been here a lot and I've NEVER had that bad of service

Fries were seasoned good but they were extremely hard and cold. Wings were old and stale still had chicken feathers on them plus they were cold and unseasoned. I highly don’t recommend. The worst buffalo wings I ever ate from honestly
My girlfriend and I came in at 10:15pm on 12/10/24. I was told that we can’t dine in. I don’t understand why the internet would say one thing then the staff say another.. unacceptable management.

I will never get my food here delivered it was disgusting, my wings were cold and soggy and they just didn't look right they looked all old like you just heated them up. There was also red liquid in the bag which I don't know where that came from you guys don't close the bags good enough when they are getting delivered so it could of been the delivery driver that did something to my food who knows. Because the bag was hardly tied, I had to chat with grub hub to complain and get a refund, if I would have gone in there my food wouldn't have been bad at all but if someone gets it delivered you guys want to mess it up and waste people's money.

Came at 10:30pm, restaurant closes at 12am and restaurants area was closed at 10:30 seat us at bar area and said it was closed at 10:30 also. They said we can take food to go. So inconvenient and unprofessional.

bit ridiculous and quite unsafe from an allergy standpoint how i cant call in and add instructions/notes for an online order but its totally possible for me to add instruction as long as i wanna pay full price and have no access to any of deals / promotions. (in this case the online order was 17 vs 36$ i was quoted over the phone )how convenient.

For this place being pretty dead and having what looks like plenty of employees walking around why does it take so long to even get water let alone the wait to order . The food was fine once we finally got it but definitely won’t go back to this location .
