I've left a review for this location before and they moved the review to their location on the strip months after leaving the review. This is a dishonest business practice and I'm sure nothing at this location has improved. Since noticing this, I am never returning and just copying my review back over to this location:
As this is the closest location to where I live & work, I frequently come here. I've probably been here 20-30 times over the past two years and I don't think there has been more than 1 visit where I didn't have to wait 45 mins to an hour & a half to get my order.
The bartenders tend to be very kind but the kitchen is always backed up daily. It's becoming hard to justify spending the time waiting whenever I visit as the food is not anything amazing and the alcohol is not better than the options served at the plethora of other bars in Centennial.

The worst service ever. Wildly understaffed and incredibly slow. If you can't afford to hire more employees, just close down. What you're doing now is just unprofessional and amateur.

Yeahh I'm sad to say it but this might be the last time I go to b dubs. Or at least this one. Our order was 25 dollars and the boneless wings were small, very overcooked crunchy and very dry even with sauce on them.
I love their sauces but even mcdonalds nuggets taste better than what we had very disappointing. The place is expensive and not worth the price, even the wingstop next door for the same pricing is way better quality.

I have never written a review, but we are regular customers at this location and have visited almost every week because the food itself is good. Unfortunately, after today, we will not be returning due to repeated and ongoing issues.
Over our last several visits, there have been consistent problems with our orders — food being forgotten, incorrect items being brought out, or our order being mixed up with someone else’s. During this visit, my son’s pretzel was served with toppings even though we specifically asked for it plain. We then waited 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich. The manager did come out and apologize, but could not provide a reasonable explanation for why a simple sandwich took that long, especially since we were among the first customers and the restaurant was not busy at the time. He offered to discount the pretzel, he even said i should write an honest review to help them he was an overall nice guy. I explained that this has been a recurring issue and not a one-time mistake.
I want to note that our server, Cynthia, has always been excellent. She has personally witnessed the repeated issues we’ve experienced and has consistently done her best.
What ultimately crossed the line was dessert. When it arrived, it was served with two dirty spoons that had clearly already been used and were covered in chocolate stains. It is hard to understand how something like that could be missed while walking to the table and setting the plate down. I called the manager back to show him the spoons and I dont even know what he was really thinking because he just apologized again.
To corporate management: this location clearly has systemic operational and quality-control problems that go beyond individual staff members. The issues appear to stem from the kitchen and overall management processes, These problems have occurred repeatedly over time, despite feedback being given, which suggests a lack of effective oversight and corrective action. Corporate intervention is needed to review food handling practices, order accuracy procedures, and management accountability.
The kitchen and overall operations at this location need serious attention. Corporate should step in to address the ongoing failures, as they have now resulted in the loss of a loyal customer. There are only so many times someone can experience the same negative issues before deciding not to return, and this situation has gone far beyond what is acceptable.

Restaurant was 1/3 of the way full on veterans day, counted more than 10 tables open, line going out the door and multiple people sitting down and waiting, was told the wait was 40 minutes for a seat and 40 more minutes for food after you were seated, pretty ridiculous to be honest

Ordered delivery on DoorDash. My order was delayed by 20 min and my driver had to wait. My wife’s salad came with no dressing when we ordered mild sauce. Who wants a dry salad? I ordered 15 wings, desert heat with 2 mango habanero dips, only got one. Really, 15 wings and 1 sauce? Does that make any sense for 15 wings? No quality control going on here. 2 out of 3 orders are missing something. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. For $75, I expect more. Great brand, good food, horrible service. Not worth my money. Have a nice day.

So far, have had to chase bartender down for beer order while sitting at the bar, while seeing three staff, includimg bartender, gather in a huddle just chatting away. Its nice to at least be acknowledged, even if you can immediately get to me.
