Our food was cold, service was awful, found hair in our ceviche but our server never checked on us to tell him.

We had a last minute dinner for 10. We were very thankful to find a spot.

Many of us have dined all over the world. The food was presented well and the taste a strong 7 out of 10. The price point felt extremely high for the level of service. We haven’t visited Vegas for a few years and it seems service levels within the casinos have lowered tremendously overall.

There are many great options in Vegas OffStrip. We should have planned better and will not return.

To start, we were charged $100 for a $23 bottle of Justin brand Cabernet. The server sold it off like it was high end wine. I did some research because i had never had this brand of wine before and find out it's a cheap wine. Second, my wife's braised pork was overcooked and fried out. I had the $93 steak and it was actually decent. We had 1 appetizer, 2 entrees and 1 overpriced bottle of wine and our total was $400. I walked away feeling ripped off. We consider ourselves foodies and enjoy trying new restaurants but this is one I will never revisit. Also, I have attempted several times to contact management and have left several messages and no call back of any kind. Apparently management doesn't care about negative reviews.

This was the most horrible high priced steak and lobster I have ever had! It was overcooked and chewy … greasy and disgusting. And for $100 per steak alacarte, you would think you would get a little bit better quality of food. It was all but inedible. I don’t like making a scene, so we left without saying anything. We didn’t send her food back, in fear that they would do something more disgusting to it. I certainly don’t mind giving a review to protect and warn the next couple that want to have a nice romantic dinner for two. Stay away from this place! You could spend the next hour in your room getting rid of sick stomach and the greasy food, like we did. It shoots right through you. Overpriced and disappointing! Go to Ruth Chris’

This steakhouse has a huge menu for steaks. I didn’t research much since I don’t eat beef, but the place is nice inside the Flamingo, and I really loved the service. Since I decided to eat vegetarian today, I asked for veggie options, and they gave me onion soup and bread appetizers, which were great. Zoe, the waitress, was very nice, polite, and took great care of me with her excellent service—I loved it! They also have seafood available, so I’ll go try it sometime this week!!

Terrible today. $86 for a 10oz filet and $24 for a Caesar Salad. Salad was ok, filet was not good. Twice in a row. Never another penny.

My partner and are locals and we decided to have dinner here after we got married just the two of us. We showed up a bit early to our reservation and were happy they could sit us right away but they didn't update the open table reservation so we were charged a fee as if we "missed" our reservation. I called the restaurant several times afterward and no one ever answered, so I left messages. I never received a call back so I went to the restaurant in person. I spoke with the manager and it felt like she didn't believe we even dined at the restaurant, but said she'd look into it and get back to me. I waited 3 weeks before trying to call again. Left 2 more voicemails without a call back, so I finally put in a dispute with my credit card company. The food was okay, but not worth the cost and effort to get my money back for an incorrect charge. Plus, we had noted in our reservation that it was our wedding dinner and they wished us a happy birthday instead. My partner and I frequent expensive restaurants in Vegas and never before have had such a problem as this. We will not be dining here again and I advise anyone that does to make sure you're checked in for your reservation so that you're not falsely charged.

Update here:
I filed a dispute with my credit card company and the restaurant still claimed that I missed my reservation. I called the number provided 6 times with no answer and no call back. Luckily my credit card is going to handle the dispute in my favor. I do not recommend this establishment.

The steak was over cooked and when I sent it back it took for ever for them to bring my food back, I even told the waitress to forget about it and just bring me my bill. Then the chef comes out and kept staring at me like it was my fault she over cooked my steak. Never going back. I seriously don't recommend it.

Food was not bad but the price was steep. I was tired of Ramsey and Chris Ruth steak. End up trying this place. Would I go back. Not real one and done deal for me.

came here on Thanksgiving weekend before a Wayne Newton show and got their 'famous' onion soup' and tried their rib cap steak... the soup was very salty as was the rib cap and the steak, in my opinion, was not prepared well, it was cooked but not seared like other steaks... it tasted OK but for a Wagyu cut of meat and expensive, I expected more from a place like this

The food is really expensive and not worth the price. We had reservations for a birthday they made no attempt to make it special for our friend and the waiters were in a hurry he did not want to split our checks because they were closing.

Fun atmosphere. Quick, pleasant service. All food was well prepared. Large portion sizes. Steak was cooked exactly to order, but under seasoned. Overall a nice experience tucked in the Flamingo.

Had a reservation for 6:15 on NYE had people come after us and were seated first. When finally got a table it was out in the open were people walking by can just stare at us. Had them change our table and we were banish to a back room with a table for 2 up against a wall. Our server ask if we would mind changing our table and the hostess said no. Food and sevice was great and I come here couple of times a year and I always make sure I have a reservation for this restaurant. This was definitely a bad experience and I don't know if I would come back here
