This steakhouse has a huge menu for steaks. I didn’t research much since I don’t eat beef, but the place is nice inside the Flamingo, and I really loved the service. Since I decided to eat vegetarian today, I asked for veggie options, and they gave me onion soup and bread appetizers, which were great. Zoe, the waitress, was very nice, polite, and took great care of me with her excellent service—I loved it! They also have seafood available, so I’ll go try it sometime this...
came here on Thanksgiving weekend before a Wayne Newton show and got their 'famous' onion soup' and tried their rib cap steak... the soup was very salty as was the rib cap and the steak, in my opinion, was not prepared well, it was cooked but not seared like other steaks... it tasted OK but for a Wagyu cut of meat and expensive, I expected more from a place like this

Many of us have dined all over the world. The food was presented well and the taste a strong 7 out of 10. The price point felt extremely high for the level of service. We haven’t visited Vegas for a few years and it seems service levels within the casinos have lowered tremendously overall.
There are many great options in Vegas OffStrip. We should have planned better...
