The bartender at 10-01-2024 around midnight was awesome and helpful, I wrote a not to myself and that woman who ripped me off was my fault for getting too drunk and stupid. For some reason I forgot in the morning but I remember both bartenders were respectful and helpful.

Excellent steak house on the strip. Nice but not fancy. Good value (relative to other hotel steakhouses on the strip). But the reason to come is for the excellent food (everything tasted so good!), and service (server Eric has been there for 30 years and he was amazing - 5 star service). We had lump crab cake (meaty, flavorful) and carpaccio (so tender, like butter, so tasty we savored every bite). We shared a ribeye (just the regular one, we haven't acquired the taste for dry aged). Perfectly cooked medium rare. Bordelaise sauce was excellent. Asparagus and creamed spinach sides. Yum. We're avoiding carbs, but we had such a great meal we calorie and sugar splurged on a delicious piece of chocolate cake. It's really chocolatey and moist. Flamingo has generally lousy restaurants, but Bugsy is really good. It should be the only meal you eat at the flamingo if you stay there.
Ordered the surf and turf special...filet was outstanding and cooked to a perfect medium, lobster was WAY overcooked and extremely "rubbery". Ordered a dirty martini at their speakeasy before dinner and it was delicious. Ordered the same exact drink in the restaurant at dinner and it was terrible...didn't taste anywhere close to the first one. Noted on reservation and told restaurant that it was someone's birthday and it was completely ignored. Bright spot (other than the filet) was our waiter...he was very attentive and funny. All 6 people in our party agreed about the food and beverage. Thankfully, we all used casino comps for dinner because (and we are not cheap people) it was not worth the $1350.00 (including tip).
Great ambiance and the staff were all very nice. I had the filet mignon which was cooked perfectly medium rare. The asparagus was delicious as well. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Vegas.
We were first seated by the hallway and requested to be moved inside because it felt way too busy. Once inside, everything was perfect. The mood, the food, would definitely recommend
In from WI on business. I have a new favorite in Vegas. My customers enjoyed and appreciated the "Bugsy Experience". Nice touch. Service at the bar was attentive, and hostess was sweet. Waiter, Chef, staff in general really impressive. The Waygu Cap and Sea Bass were spectacular! Will definitely be back with my wife down the road.
Favorite dining on the Strip! Bugsy and Meyer's is an exceptional experience hidden within the Flamingo hotel. We were on a culinary vacation getaway while on vacation! Reception and professional table experience, paired with a cool vibe and vintage decor, made us feel both elevated and welcomed. Our server Edward J was incredibly friendly and helpful and super knowledgeable about steak varieties and side course recommendations. We will absolutely revisit there on our next Vegas experience.
Handicapped access very difficult. No signage letting me know how to get scooter access. Main entrance with stairs. Back ADA entrance locked and it took a bit to get someone to unlock. Still had a few stairs and had to park scooter and walk to table. I could but others would not have been able. Later discovered there was scooter ramp into restaurant that nobody mentioned. Food was good but not at all spectacular. Very average experience. Very poor ADA services. They need to do better.
We really enjoyed the dining experience. The wait staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. The highlight was the "Cigar Chocolate Cake". If you like chocolate, you'll really enjoy this cake. And the steak was also delicious.

We had a fabulous time here. Our waiter was extremely attentive, kind, and so well informed on the history of the restaurant, the dishes, and was so accommodating to modifications. With a group this big (15) you always assume at least one person will complain but there were smiles all around the table and everyone enjoyed dinner so much. Will absolutely come back anytime we are in Vegas. Staff was a pleasure and the ambiance was the exact “old Vegas” feel we wanted.
I don't know which was better the service or the food both were phenomenal. Our server was so friendly and very helpful and making decisions to what we were going to eat. Absolutely will return there.
We were there to celebrate my daughter and son in laws nuptials and the waitress, was not only rude but disrespectful to the bride. From the moment we were seated. It was though what the bride said was unimportant and she continued to refer to me for directional until I finally told her we were there to celebrate their wedding and it would be polite to at least listen to what she would like instead of tell her what she would like. The food was amazing and the ambiance was delightful, however I nor any of our party would ever return
I got charged 2 glasses of house wine and it was about $54.00. All the items on the menu were horribly over priced. They even charged you $18 for bread. Only restaurant I know that does that. Their cocktail menu was ridiculous high for a drink. It's a restaurant that needs to move into a HIGH end hotel like Bellagio, Wynn, or the Aria if they want to justify on their prices.I consider Flamingo very outdated.
Edward was wonderful. My wife and I were having our anniversary dinner and he made it the dining experience we had hoped for. We booked Bugsy and Meyers for what we heard was a high end classic Las Vegas dinner. We were not disappointed! Kudos for the class with which you handle patrons and kudos to Edward for making our dinner a complete experience.
