The food looks and reads better than it tastes. But everything is just not quite right. The pblt bun is distractingly soft in what is a mediocre twist on a classic. The garlic bread needs more garlic flavor and the sausage used needs to be upgraded. The loaded tater tots need pickles to balance the richness. This is a place with a bit more care could be much better

The food was good, and the service was satisfactory. However, one of the employees, or possibly a manager, came in with a negative attitude, dragging and slamming chairs against the tables without offering a greeting. The restaurant is already small, and her actions created a lot of noise, making the atmosphere tense and uncomfortable. While I wouldn’t return, I would recommend it with caution.

I had the chili cheese spicy dog and it was awesome. The clientele was a bit rowdy. I guess that's to be expected in Vegas. Eat outside at a table or take it to go.

Maybe I'm in the minority but unfortunately I'm not buying the hype.

Yes, the food was pretty decent but not great. I understand I went on a Saturday morning around 10am and everyone sitting was waiting on their orders. Those standing hadn't ordered yet and the line was out the door. As a few larger orders left the expeditor, guests were starting to receive their food as well.

I ordered the pork belly egg drop and breakfast tater tots. The tots were much better than the egg drop. The egg drop was good at first but the further you get down into it, the soggier it gets. By the time I was done, my stomach felt uneasy.

Would I go back? Maybe. But being from east Henderson, I would not drive out that way specifically for Buldogis.

Food was good and very fresh. Hard to eat you will need napkins. Overall good little food spot outside of the main Vegas areas.

Great spot for unique and flavorful hot dogs! The creative toppings and bold flavors really stand out. Prices are what you’d expect in 2024, high, and the casual atmosphere makes it an easy place to grab a bite. it’s a must-try for hot dog lovers!

Parking: A few spots in the front, otherwise plenty of parking just a few minutes walk to the main lot.

I'm sorry but I was excited to try this place and I left disappointed. Had the chilli fries and the chili was over powdered by the taste of either tomato paste or canned tomatoes. Needed to be seasoned way more in my opinion. My husband had the carne asada fries and those weren't bad but again the steak was not seasoned n the fries were too oily which made them soggy.

Delicious.

Too much eggs. Not enough steak. Amazing bread.

The herb sprinkle on top was unnecessary for me, kinda tasted like old Italian seasoning. The sauce was nice.

We'd eat here again though. Super away from the strip, but worth the try.

Parking: We took a cab or Lyft so we didn't park. But huge shopping center plenty of parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Flat entrance, single tables.

Buldogi’s comes in clutch for breakfast! We used to come for the dogs, but now are living for the Breakfast sandwiches! We had the Sausage and ETC (eggs, tots, cheese). Next time we will try them Frenchy style! Great team, so friendly, fast, delicious!
