The employees were also aggressive and belittling to customer. This is not the first time with the Manager David that he has done this with this customer. Paula knows the order but is unapologetic to customer about quality of service. When asked to speak with other people about the issue they started to give out false numbers to dead lines.

Overall food wasn’t good. French fries had a stale taste, burger was super small(bacon melt) and surprisingly the soda tasted like water!.not coming back to this location.

David the manager was very very rude. Shut the door in the Uber drivers face and didn’t care about turning off Uber eats just decided to let the orders pile up because he didn’t know how to turn off the app.. as a “general manager” you should do better! This is not okay.. your location closes at 12am but I placed my order at 10:45 ish. I will never order from here or visit this location ever!

Worst BK ever. They are slow, they always get my order wrong, sometimes I will be sitting at the drive through for dozens of minutes with no one in front of me, yelling at the order speaker, all the while no one ever greets me. It's crazy how close this location is to my work, but I always get back from lunch late when I go here. I would give this place 0 stars but sadly cannot.

If I can make 0 stars I would. The employee is ridiculously rude and I wonder how this place still open, the management really is a mess. I come in and ask for the bathroom and I’m trying to buy food and one of the drive thru or manager start cursing me and my family. Yes we are Asian, not sure if that’s the case but I would not recommend anyone come here with employee with this kind of behavior. We stop by on Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm today is Saturday January 14th. Hope someone on management can review this and you can check your own camera on how your employee behave to their customer.Yes I did not buy any because they behave like that and I won’t spent a penny to someone that behaving and speak rude to my family.Thank you we put this place one of the list in place we won’t event bother to stop to buy anything. Terrible place.

came in to Burger King because we wanted something fast. placed my order and it was just shy of 30 minutes of waiting for my food. this should not be considered fast food at this rate. Find somewhere else to eat if in a hurry.
I wished I looked at the reviews first but, I went to this one actually a few times it was good a couple of times but, the last time I went on 12/20/2022 around 10:30 pm it was horrible the burger was burnt and cold the fries were cold come on Burger King do better.

Today I got a whopper jr with fries it was good. but the service was bad, the drive thru attendant's microphone didn't work very well, I had difficulty hearing her.
