This place is ridiculous. I placed an order for one cheeseburger on the app, went to the drive thru and gave my name, waited like 15 minutes behind two cars, got to the window and the guy acted like he didn't know who I was so I gave my name again. He tells me to pull up on front and they'll bring my order, so I wait there some more. Then I notice they bring two bags worth of food to the car that was behind me, so at that point I go in and give my name a third time and they still act confused. After they make sure to give a large order to another mobile group, they finally notice a cheeseburger that from what I could tell had been sitting there this whole time and bagged it and gave it to me.
I pointed out I'd been waiting and it'd just been sitting there to the worker (a different one from the one at the window, who had been wandering around this whole time not helping) who first denied it'd been sitting there despite it being right there in my field of vision, then said I was behind the mobile group so I couldn't get my order until they did before running off before I could reply.
All told, it took me like 30 minutes to get ONE cheeseburger and I had to go through three different pickup spots to get it. Incompetent mess of an establishment.

So I place an order via the mobile app for drive thru, wait about 15 mins before leaving (give the time to make it) get there and was told to pull forward and wait by the front door. I waited another 20 mins for my order and thinking why was it not made? It was not a large order two meals and another side. Plain chicken sandwich and Swiss melt and another order of fries.
She comes out and says your order is all here, I check and no I am still missing one side. They come back again after 5 mins give me my order I drive off in frustration get home and fries are old, stale and dry. And to top it off I asked for 3 sauces on the side which I pay for 25 cents each which I never got...
My frustration and my bad for still not looking again to make sure my order is complete. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I don't think it's bk itself but these terrible staff that work there. Nothing against the youth but for f sakes where is the manager?
I work in the food industry still going after 22 yrs and worked with people the same age as the staff at this location and still more productive than bk on rainbow staff.
I will never come back to this location again. Fooled me twice shame on me... smh

They seem overwhelmed there could be little to no cars in the drive through and you would wait forever. I don't know if they're understaffed but you have to wait at the first window until they call you up. Whatever is happening has been going on for a while. Didn't realize this is how burger king treats the employees

I was her at 7:50am today , went to the drive thru because I didn't wanna get down n thought it would be faster but nope was waiting there for about 5 minutes and nobody took my order so I went around in went inside but as I went inside there was nobody inside only one lady who didn't know English she went to call the other people and I waited for another 5 minutes and decided to just go its ridiculous that there was no worker and when I went inside my car I saw them coming out from the back door ,maybe they rather smoke n get paid not to work , im so pissed because I wanted to order food for my kids before they go to school 6 combos breakfast sandwiches my kids are all so disappointed because now I had no time to get them food 😡😡😡😡 I have pictures of the place with no employee

The employees close the dining room 6 hours earlier and they are chilling inside. They make up their own rules and in an empty drive through it took them 5-6 min to take my order. Management should be notified

Same as everyone else has said you go to order and they ask you to wait at the first window for like 15 minutes while you are the only car there before calling you to the next window. Then the food is old and nasty. The average time in this drive-through is 20 minutes at least. Expect at least a 15 minute wait when you are the only car in the drive-through in the middle of the day. Nothing But drug addicts working here . Workers literally complaining, saying that they don’t want to be at work today while I am waiting for my order.

This burger king ? been here for many decades I've been going to it since the mid 80s. This one in particular had no order boards in diner, I love it. People contact, you don't feel like your in prison , all brick walls and no people at register
This is awesome one indeed If you don't like the technology places for brick walls and no signs and only order boards through the Burger King go to this one you'll feel right at home

Kid-friendliness: Yes, there's no alcohol or THC sold here. Great place to take your kids to eat. No jungle Jim, couple TV's
