How in the heck do you mess up a 2 item order? I got the 2 for $5 deal and they only gave me one item from it. I don't know how this happens but when I have to turn around and drive all the way back to fix your mistake and you can't even apologize, you certainly will earn yourself a 1 star. I usually check the order but it seems redundant especially when you aren't busy, no line, and it's a very common easy to make order. I have things to do so I should have just disputed the charge on my card. Instead I drove all the way back and not even an apology. Garbage

My parents went to this morning to order 2 sausage egg croissants they took there order and they drove to the window to pay. They had them waiting about 10 mins till they opened the window and said that their ovens are not working. Now why would you take their order in the first place if you knew that your ovens are not working courtesy is to the let the people know beforehand. The customer service is awful here. I would not give these people your business as they do not care to waste your time. This place needs to teach there employees customer service and retrain them since they have none.

My best friend and I had the most pleasant experience this evening at this Burger King location. Jay and Chris had the best customer service ever. Not only were they friendly and professional they were also thorough in handling the details of our order. I highly suggest that you visit this location and if you are fortunate enough to be assisted by these two young men let them know how great they are doing 🙏🤩☺️

Me and my best friend had the best service at the 105 South rainbow boulevard location we were assisted by Chris who was great with taking our order but then we met Jay who had the best customer service and made sure that my specialty order was made just the way I wanted it they were pleasant they were assertive and they made us feel very special just the way they were speaking to us I suggest anybody to go to this location I don't think you'll find another Burger King that will give you this exceptional service.

Went for the Halloween meal and they didn’t give us an orange bun on the burger and the sundae had no Oreos or candy on it. Why promote special meals when you just end up with a regular whopper and sundae? Lame. 😒

Made an order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:30am. I arrived at that time and was asked to wait a moment.. been here for 15 minutes now and haven't heard anything back.

Is my order ready? Is it going to be cold now because I had to wait for you guys to unload the truck and it was sitting there made forever?

This store always takes extra long anyway, but sitting for 15-20 minutes just to tell them I placed an order already, that I've already been charged for us extremely sad on the managers part. I will not be returning to this location.

*Edit* I had to back out of the drive thru because the took the order of the car who pulled up 5 minutes after I was sitting there. Didn't get my order until 8:51 where the employee was sorry and helpful, but the manager (only one with the headset) was still nowhere to be seen except for when it took her 4 minutes to pour a coffee for the guy in the drive thru.
