Burger King in Henderson, Nv served us stale tried out food in 2 orders totalling over 50 dollars. Im still trying to get some type of partial refund. Shame on Burger King. They KNEW that food was hard and old. The chicken nuggets and cheese sticks had to be thrown out due to being too horrible to eat.

The place is clean, good atmosphere. The problem is the workers, and the community makes these establishments a bad experience. They are not friendly, they are selective and that makes the food of poor quality, it is not healthy!! Be careful, eat at home 🐁 it's not a joke. !!

I recently visited Burger King, and the experience was absolutely fantastic, thanks to Edwin. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. His positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out.
Edwin went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, double-checking everything and even suggesting a great combo deal I hadn’t noticed. The food was fresh and delicious, but what made the visit unforgettable was his commitment to excellent customer service.
It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and enthusiastic in their work. Edwin is a shining example of what great customer service should look like, and I’ll definitely be returning because of him.

Went through the drive thru 11/26/24 last night there was a younger looking woman she forgot 2 of the things I ordered, she wasn’t even packing anything she was just talking with the lady that was packing, and watching her, and I’ve worked at BK before I know their duties. The only thing she did was get my drink. They take way too long to get cars out of the drive thru. I got out the drive thru checked my bags and was missing 2 items, I go around again, tell them in the speaker, and she only gives me 1 of the items, then I tell her again it’s 2 items. They had lots of cars and this woman was just standing there…

This location is awful. The fries tasted like chemicals and papery to the point I could make oragami with it. My cat wouldn't even lick the fry and she eats EVERYTHING. Would not feed those fries to my worst enemy. Chicken sandwich and the wraps also tasted off and the onions were literally just skin. Someone needs to call some kind of health inspector because this was actually so bad.

We doordashed from this location and we all had HORRIBLE food one guys chicken sandwiches are dry and tasted like chemicals. The other guys wraps were measly dry and had a bunch of onion skin and mine and his fries are old and TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS!!!!! AND THEY REFUSE TO PICK UP THE PHONE!!!
