I really like hamburgers. But the customer service from the manager in the morning has been the worst experience, this burger king in Bonanza and Easter denied me entry to the bathroom because they do not have enough staff because of the company, the tables are dirty, a crazy man from the street in the tables and above all bad manners of the employees with the customers who spend our money to get their salary paid without leaving behind the time it took to give us our purchase, it was 30 minutes of waiting because they are only interested in the customer who buys only for take through the drive-thru window, the unfortunate thing is that that is why they are candidates for disappearing.

This is the worst experience I have ever got in the manager yelled at us for her BAD SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES we where waiting for service and nothing. We try ordering in the iPad they have, and we couldn't pay so we asked for help on it then they actually care after we waited 10 to 15 minutes of services and got nothing. Then with the food THAT WE PAY AND ORDER FOR. THEY WON'T GIVE US OUR FOOD AND DRINKS AT ALL AND THEY LEFT IT AT THE END OF THE SERVICE TABLET. They didn't open the restroom when we ask at all. THE MANAGER IS ABOUTSLY TRASH THEY DON'T GIVE NOTHING THEY HAVE NO MANNERS NOTHING. They don't clean the tables at all there were trash on the tables. There was a crazy person in there. I'm going to put a report on this place to the health security department for this is ABOUSTLEY Disgusting

Trash service. Tables are always dirty!!!! Ladies serving food have THE WORST ATTITUDES! FRIES WERE DAMM NEAR EMPTY !!! I need a refund ! Your staff at this location is rude and can't even make burgers correctly ! I understand things will get backed up and or happen but doesn't give them the right to talk to customers in such rude way!!!!!!!! And out of spite they gave me a quarter filled fries !! With how expensive food is now days I expect my food fresh and full at least get what one paid for !!!

They have the worst customer service. Employees are rude and even if you are waving at them through the drive through window they will ignore you and keep talking to each other. When Alex finally came to the window we asked him for an extra item and he said he wasn't able to because there was a car behind.

The female Burger King employee that works on Saturday evening shift behind the register from 9am to 5 pm has very poor Customer Service. As I approached the counter to make my order she just stared at me waiting for me to speak. She did not even say "Hello, how can I I help you ?As I sat down to eat my food I noticed she greeted everyone who was Hispanic. But everyone that was Black she did not greet. That's very selective and racists. She definitely needs retraining.
