I've been going to this BK since it opened and I've never seen service so bad. The last three times it took 30 to 45 minutes to pick up my online order and twice I had to back out of the drive-thru and go inside. They need help.
showed up to an empty drive through. both lanes open. i got told to wait. then they took the order of a truck who pulled up after me. i will never again go to burger king. sahara by eastern. like three times this the reason. i once sat for over 4 minutes with no one in the drive through and they blamed me. im not going back. food was most likely good but service was not even there. 0/10

Very bad bad bad bad bad bad location very bad bad bad workers , they even not workers, they came from streets . They don’t take orders every 25 min for each wait . They sent care about you or about drive throw , 25 min waiting time in drive throw after that I went back to dinin and 25 min , manager shouting stop taking ooorders . Today 03/29/2024 . Blahhhhh take them fired

the fryer oil burned and smelled like the diesel out of my car I decided to not eat out that fryer change your oil this is Vegas we all know food ..and what time do you open there was a locked door and chain at 9

Check your receipt. They rounded mine off. From Four fifty eight To $5I called them And asked about this and they told me it was for a college fund. But no one asked me about it. They just added it on without my permission. Very poor business.

Service was just ok. Hope you are not in hurry. This is the 3rd time I have come here on my way to the Dr and every time the employees are cussing and talking bad about other employees. 1 time they told me they don't serve coffee, today it was they have no ice tea of any kind. Another time they didn't have French fries. I only stop here if Sonic's is busy.

Gentleman at register had an awful attitude not even a good morning .food was awful chicken sandwich was cold and lettuce was very nasty, my French toast was burnt on one side and raw on the other side, fries were rewarmed and very crispy we threw all our food away and went somewhere else oh and who ever Heard of BK not having COFFEE and CATSUP EARLY IN THE MORNING JUST A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE NOT GOING BACK I GOT SOCK WITH THE HASH BROWNS

The girl working the drive thru was really nice. She gave my son some oreo topping for his ice cream cone cause she knew he wanted an Oreo shake. She was also out of mayo packets, so she got me a side in a cup.
