If you go after 10 your going to wait because they make your food to order. The man that takes your order is super nice. Just don't get upset over the wait.

Burger tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Bun was a little dry. Fries were made and portioned before I entered the restaurant. Easy parking.

Wanted to get some breakfast from BK and arrived at the restaurant and found out that it wasn’t open. We arrived at 7:40 am and we can see the employees in the restaurant knowing that there is customers waiting outside in the rain and didn’t even open the doors for us. So we left the restaurant and went somewhere else to eat.

The guy in the drive thru today at 11am is horrible!! Horrible ass attitude and the way he talks to customers literally made us leave right away! I can't believe they have people work for them like that.. he definitely doesn't deserve to work for customer service if he treats people like he does!

Woke up sick after eating this , I don't know if they are serving old food or what but I woke up super sick and I'm with child I will never go here again. I should call the health department because I see I'm not the only one saying this exact thing about being ill after coming to this location. .

The two visible people putting the bags together never greeted me, or asked me what they could help me with. The customer service was practically non existent. After politely waiting for ten minutes, and watching my order just sitting there, one of them finally decided to ask me what I ordered and the name on it, as I had placed the order online for pickup 30 minutes prior. What should have been a smooth, easy, and quick process, became a not so great visit, and the delay in service caused me to miss my scheduled bus and be late for work, which I tried to avoid by pre-ordering a head of time. Don't waste your time with pre order pickup in store, just go when you have time and order in person.

Update: I haven't been there in over a year because of the poor service and quality. I decided to give it another try. They have really improved! They now have the kiosk to order and pay for food. The food was great. The wait wasn't bad. They were out of shakes and onion rings. Luckily for me, I didn't want either. My friend didn't want cheese on his burger, but got it anyway. I've been there twice in the last 2 weeks. It was the same on both days. I'll start going again.

15 minutes in a fast food drive thru waiting for food is ridiculous, especially when there were only two cars in front of me. I could go to a.sit down restaurant and get a better.meal and better service almost as quickly. I will avoid this local in the future.

almost every single time I doordash here, I have a terrible experience with the workers.If you only have one car in line, & another pulls up, the right thing to do would be to let that customer POLITELY know that you’re busy & that you’ll be with them in a moment. Not make them sit there for a while without saying anything nor answering them, but leaving your mic on so they can hear you talking with your coworker. & then when they pull up to the window & say hey I think your speaker might not be working, you say “Well i was kind of busy”. If you don’t want to do your job that bad & treat customers poorly, don’t work in customer service.
