Waited way to long in the drive thru for fast food. Should of had the van in front of me pull around so the one's of us waiting could proceed, there was 3 vehicles behind me, and after 9 minutes I received my order due to the van getting their order my food sat in the bag and was handed to me it was cold.

POOR SERVICE. Even though you have the kiosks, a crew should always still be available and visible at the front counter in case a customer needs help. Your crew stayed in the kitchen. We waited 10 mins in front for someone to come out because we did not get our drink that isn't available in the beverage machine outside. The manager needs to do better.

Ashley that says she a manager has horrible customer service i can't believe she's a manager. I ask for everything fresh and I also had to wait to be help and she came off very rude. This burger king will never get my service again.
We ordered from postmates, and our driver had to wait like almost an hour, because they said they were doing shift change and not to bother them.. absolutely ridiculous. Wasting both our drivers, and our time.. plus you can’t even cancel on postmates. Never ordering from this location again.

Freshly remodeled Burger King even added two drive in lanes. Soda machine is not clean at all so when you get soda watch for where the syrup sprays I watched a man in front of me trying to get Fanta Orange Soda and none of the syrup hit his cup. Mellow yellow wasn’t even pushing syrup at all just soda water. Now on to the food portion, they keep raising prices but quality keeps going down, my wife and I ordered 2 whopper jr with cheese no mayo no ketchup. We always check the sandwiches to make sure we know what we are eating and they gave us bad lettuce. This lettuce was so bad there is no way you wouldn’t be able to see that it looked like canned spinach. So needless to say we flicked that crap off the sandwich and moved on because trying to talk to someone good luck they all hide behind the wall and direct you to use the touch pad screens. They don’t even clean them so sanitation or cleanliness is definitely not a forefront wait until you see the tables soda stains bun seeds ect. I personally think Slowfood chains are dying, the only reason people use you is because we as Americans are always on the go and have no work life balance. Good luck

The customer service & the food at this Burger King is horrible. The tall young black man with the ponytail was extremely rude at the drive thru while taking our order. Then we had to wait for our order for about 10 minutes or more while I watch them play around inside the store while we waited without no explanation as to why we were waiting so long. When they weren't playing they keep staring at my son & husband who were driver & front seat passenger. It was so weird & their behavior was extremely weird. Finally they young black man with the ponytail just handed my son our food while staring at him & did not say a word. No sorry for the wait...No Thank you...NO NOTHING. This was our first & last time that we will be patronizing this creepy location.
