Ive come inside this burger king 2 times now and nobody takes any orders inside only the drive thru. Might as well close the lobby. Nobody even acknowledges me unless i complain. Line got even longer then these pictures taken. I wanted takeout and gave me dine in.

Ordered door dash my food was horrible and sent me straight to the bathroom. Food prepared wrong food all wet and smashed everything was cold and the whoppers had no whopper buns it was just a regular burger the bacon was undercooked and my burger was dripping watery mustard disgusting ?

The worst in the Valley. Pissed off employees and lazy. No one working there wants to be there and it shows. This is not a 1 time experience. 4 times in a row, but it is the last. My stupidity for going back. The McDonald's accross the street is excellent!

Not even worth 1 star review. It took almost 20 mins for drive thru order, just one car was front of me. I order 3 whopper with extra vegetables with large fry.. They confirmed my order 3 times, twice with the window lady, one time with kitchen guy. I never expected the kitchen guy come out to the window and ask my order. The worst thing is when I open my order at home. Less vegetables than usual, only extra extra pickles. What are joke! Please don't play with food!!

Horrible attitudes, slow service, rude. This place should be shut down. I told the manager that they didn't apply the coupon and she said that she doesn't apologize, what? I didn't ask for one, I just asked for you to do your job. They act like they are doing you a favor. They messed up before so I thought I would give it another chance, and they did even worse. Stay away from here.

Just got off work I come to this Burger King at this location evening shift I come in with my scooter one big girl with a nasty attitude gonna say you can't bring that scooter in here you gotta take it outside. I told her I'm just ordering food before another female staff member trying to explain the situation I just took my scooter and left. Every Burger King I went to in Vegas didn't have a problem except of this one at this location one star ⭐ for me.
Appears to be under staffed and is out of some basic daily supplies such as large drink lids. Appears there is no dedicated front counter staff. Difficult to get staff attention to ask question. Difficult to access the mobile app in store WiFi.

The food was good when we finally got it . The service was horrible it took 10 minutes for someone to even take our order and almost 20 minutes to get it and when I was called to get my order I was rudely told that I had to wait because she didn't see it said no salt on the frise .

So. I LOVE the Zesty dipping sauce. A half century ago, I'd often eat at Store #00000001 in Miami. I LOVE the BK Onion Rings.I ask (and pay extra for) additional Zesty tubs. 25¢ each? I'll take four please for the additional $1.Not at THIS location.The cashier rang up my order. Including the $1 for the extra sauce. We waited patiently for our order to come up.As our meals were being 'plated' on the tray, we we're told that the store was out of Zesty dipping sauce!Then, the woman added in a very scolding tone. "The Zesty dipping sauce is for the Chicken Nuggets only!"I ask you. What difference does it make if you charged me for something that you cannot sell to me.If I weren't old and handicapped, I'd volunteer to supervise the shift managers and coach them on customer service.Or maybe it's just because I'm an old white guy wearing a red cap?
