I had order 2 impossible burgers Kevin was the manger who took the order he made a mistake and gave me a whopper I got extremely sick I am a vegetarian with a meat allergy when I went to talk to him he said go to the hospital there’s nothing he could do. I told him that he that I would like my money back since he made a mistake he said No that he will not I told him I would talked to corporate and he said go ahead. The right to do would have been to say I am sorry and give me back my money since now having a medical condition I am highly allergic to meat has compromised my immune system. This was not the way to solve anything this is horrible customer service and managing

Tried to go through drive though and they told me I couldn’t use my code at the window so I had to make the huge inconvenience of going inside and using their kiosk. Of course since I was now inside they felt comfortable serving me as if I was sitting down, taking forever to give me my food and then the food was stale.

I RECOMMEND ORDERING ONLINE IT IS CHEAPER AND WONT OVER CHARGE YOU!!!! I just want to point out I got overcharged for a small drink when online for a number 7 is 7.49 and on their menu at the drive thru and inside it says 7.49, but on my receipt it says 7.79 plus an extra charge of .60 for a small drink. I thought it came with the combo unless you want a bigger size. I got charged as if I ordered a Large drink online, not fair at all. I tried to talk to the lady in the front, Hispanic older lady, she just had bad attitude. Not caring at all.

Of course I had to go try the NEW MONSTER MEAL... IT'S MY BIRTHDAY MONTH 😆!! That burger was so freaking good and the bun was super soft. The nuggets are cute Lil bats, my 4yr old looked the mozzarella sticks. The ice cream with candy pieces and oreos was an unexpected twist. And it all comes together!! Yall get on down to burger king and try it!! O do yall see that old school picture of the BURGER KING KIDS CLUB!! How many of yall remember that??

I was standing up there to give my order. I am white. I am not prejudice. A black person came up and got service in front of me from the black management lady. She was rude and disrespectful and cut me in my son off short, we had a wait forever for our food. She was really RUDE !!! BTW, I WASN'T GREETED with COURTESY and RESPECT!!! I just wanted to share the best experience of my life coming to this Burger King today. As little as my meal was it was the best service quality and pleasant visit I’ve ever had. I been coming here for over 20 years as it’s the nearest to me. But the ice cream cones me and my daughter received left us baffled. Amazing cones I’ve always liked the ice cream but today wow. I promise you I will never receive a great cone like this. Thank you for your service today you rocked it. Freshest fries ever didn’t even have to ask for napkins gave us ketchup the best job ever
