I just wanted to share the best experience of my life coming to this Burger King today. As little as my meal was it was the best service quality and pleasant visit I’ve ever had. I been coming here for over 20 years as it’s the nearest to me. But the ice cream cones me and my daughter received left us baffled. Amazing cones I’ve always liked the ice cream but today wow. I promise you I will never receive a great cone like this. Thank you for your service today you rocked it. Freshest fries ever didn’t even have to ask for napkins gave us ketchup the best job ever

My daughter and I both got food poisoning. We both ordered plain Whoppers w/ cheese. The burgers were hard and had an 'off' taste. We should have known better to not finish them. I didn't want to waste food/money, so we ate them anyways. Big mistake, we were both up all night vomiting and diarrhea.

Do not eat here. It's always something with this particular location. "Sorry we're closed" after sitting in the drive-thru 2 minutes. "We don't have any Whopper patties thawed right now." Most recently I ordered inside and they said "You want that to go right?" I asked what time the lobby closes and they said now. Y'all, it was 8:43. Don't give this Burger King your money

I gave them multiple chances ! They literally owe me $3.74 ! I was charged for a large fry even though the cashier accepted the code and it reflected on receipt. He forgot my husbands vanilla soft cup then refused that he couldn’t reimburse me. Another guy comes out with wet gloves touches my receipt then says “just give her another fries “ like bro it was a free large size fries with any purchase , yet I was charged for the fries ! No worries not ever again will I patronize this business ! Sucks because I live off bonanza

Horrible staff and don't even honor the hours. They don't say anything even though it's very obvious they're inside. If you don't want to work shut off the sign and turn off all the lights
It’s 12:42 am when I pulled into BK tonight, when I approached the drive thru I was told by an employee that this location was closed. I asked if they closed early and the young man said yes & that he was working alone. I proceed to pull off and park in front of the building to find another spot to get food and I see a young man poke his head from around the front counter . Moments later a second young man also poked his head from around the front counter. So not only was he not alone he lied about the reason for closing early. I understand wanting to get out on time but lying to customers because you simply don’t want to do the work is wrong. I will be calling to speak with a manager in the morning because the is unacceptable . As a former service manager I know this isn’t something the owners are approving .

I ordered 2 Whooper meals and it was completely overcooked and dry. It was inedible. The sides were also poorly prepared and lacked flavor .. NO SALT just potato ?
This place is a disappointment. The ambiance is dirty, cold and uninviting, the menu is ok and the food quality is hit or miss. I won't be returning or recommending it to anyone.?
