Wait in the drive thru forever! Food cold. Rude service. Horrid

The reason I'm rating "service" 3 stars is because the person taking my order was nice. However, the food was terrible. The massive piece of lettuce placed in my burger was ridiculous, unprofessional, and obviously intentional. If you eat here, order your burgers without lettuce.

I was in the 2nd drive thru lane for over 15 minutes. I saw 4 cars go ahead of me and then the car behind me reversed to go into the 1st drive thru lane and got his order ahead of me as well. I had to back up and go into the other drive thru lane. I explained the situation to the drive thru attendant and asked if there was some way I can be accommodated for having my time wasted. I heard a lady in the background screaming "No!! Tell him no!!". So I asked for the managers name and heard her with attitude again. The "manager" said her name was Hoku and showed no sense of care or consideration at all. At least with me telling them about my wait I saw they finally started helping people who drove into the 2nd drive thru lane. I'll be making a formal complaint and won't return.

Do better! Food is missing from order and the only way to refund a debit card transaction is to physically come in for a cash refund. The manger advised that is the only way and of course tried to passed it to the GM who he knows is not going to call me back or correct the issue.

I placed an online order went to the drive-through was told to wait. So I sit there for a few minutes then notice There’s two lines in this drive-through. I’ve been forgotten about Someone else pulls up places their order goes ahead of me so now I have to wait for my food that I had already ordered and was told to hold on while they let somebody else go ahead of me so now my food gets cold And is now sitting longer. I wrote Burger King sending them a email to let them know that they need to retrain their employees or figure something else out with their drive-through. I never heard anything back they basically disregarded me now a second time . know I don’t mind waiting, but when you get put second after being there first is pretty bad. I’ll never be going to this place and I am deleting my app. Besides, the food is terrible.

Ordered fordered food. They said they were closing the restaurant because they were going to be doing cleaning.
However, I had ordered online. It's that the restaurant was open when I ordered, and then I never got refunded. I was told hours. Somebody would contact me back to give me a coupon to buy food from them later. All I wanted was a refund of the money. I had already purchased it. Their app sucks.
It doesn't allow their clerks to cancel transaction or for you to cancel your transaction. They keep your money either way. And they're online. I.A., terrible.

You are terrible at fulfilling DoorDash, Uber eats orders. I’ve had at least four experiences where I’ve not received what I ordered. I guess I should consider myself stupid, because I keep giving you another chance. Im done. I’ll go to In-N-Out for my burger crave from now on

I just left this Burger King after waiting in the Drive-thru for 10 minutes to be passed up by a car that arrived in the 2nd Drive-thru lane and waited 10 seconds to put their order in. They have no idea what they're doing and no sense of good customer service. I won't come back to this location and I'm going to write a letter to corporate. They seriously need a manager that has better organizational skills and can train their staff on better customer service.
