I always go to this BK. I've never had any issues at this location. I came in today because it was Whopper Wednesday. However, the app would just spin when I tried to order the Whopper Wednesday. It let me order everything else, but not that. I spoke with 2 employees who said we can't help you because you have to order in the app. I explained that I couldn't and showed them my phone. They said order something else. My whole party left without ordering anything. This seems like bait and switch because I can't get the deal you advertised. I am filing a complaint with the FTC. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Came into the drive thru at 7:10 pm on 12/19. The order was taking very long due to them having to train a new employee. We probably waited in the drive thru for over 8 minutes at least. I asked for a refund and the manager was very courteous and helpful. The young lady that was at the register was also very friendly. They refunded me and gave me my food as well. I appreciate their guest resolution skills.

By far the worse Burger King I’ve ever been to. Not just in Vegas. I live around the corner so I keep trying to give them a chance. Never again. They leave you at the drive thru waiting to order for at least ten minutes when you’re the only one there. They all have attitude s and the food is never fresh. They should continue to close at 12 instead of staying open all night. The best thing there is the soda fountain. If you don’t like your job, find another one. In fact , this is top 3 worse fast food joint I’ve ever encountered. And I’m 47. This is also the first time I’ve ever did a bad review on an eatery. And I’ve eaten at a few bad places over the years. These people are stealing money. Smh

The onion rings were ringing. I haven’t tasted the sandwich yet, but the service was slow, and there are homeless people outside, looking at homeless people with a large basket of stuff sitting on the side of the road by the Burger King. I cannot understand how someone so young out their homeless
