The onion rings were ringing. I haven’t tasted the sandwich yet, but the service was slow, and there are homeless people outside, looking at homeless people with a large basket of stuff sitting on the side of the road by the Burger King. I cannot understand how someone so young out their homeless

BK's food, essentaly, all tastes the same from location to location. The deciding differences are accuracy of order, quality of service, and speed. This location had huge problems in this regard for a very long time. Must be a new manager, because things have gotten much better. Order times have been cut in half (in the past, I had waited 20+minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of me), order accuracy has become nearly perfect. The team of aloof teenagers has become connected to their jobs and much more professional. Well done to whomever is responsible!

The reason I'm rating "service" 3 stars is because the person taking my order was nice. However, the food was terrible. The massive piece of lettuce placed in my burger was ridiculous, unprofessional, and obviously intentional. If you eat here, order your burgers without lettuce.

I was in the 2nd drive thru lane for over 15 minutes. I saw 4 cars go ahead of me and then the car behind me reversed to go into the 1st drive thru lane and got his order ahead of me as well. I had to back up and go into the other drive thru lane. I explained the situation to the drive thru attendant and asked if there was some way I can be accommodated for having my time wasted. I heard a lady in the background screaming "No!! Tell him no!!". So I asked for the managers name and heard her with attitude again. The "manager" said her name was Hoku and showed no sense of care or consideration at all. At least with me telling them about my wait I saw they finally started helping people who drove into the 2nd drive thru lane. I'll be making a formal complaint and won't return.
