I ordered some French toast sticks and was informed there was nooo syrup. When I asked i was giving attitude. There should be a sign informing customer there out of anything on the menu

Probably last time I come here. The last few times, they don’t give care to give me my correct order. I customize my switch, I get what’s been sitting. If you don’t want to customize, that’s fine, but then don’t offer it. This would be preferred since then we know what to expect in our order.

We made an ONLINE order for a lot of stuff in the app. After 30 mins of us sitting in the parking lot WAITING, this girl comes out after they haven’t made a single thing and basically can’t read a mobile order…. After waiting an additional 15 she brings out an order that’s literally all WRONG! Like I hear these fools up in there music cranked up and literally zero attention and effort to complete the job and fill what a customer asks for!!
Can’t read, don’t know how to make food properly, no customer service and this girl was hollering about ah no I’m bout to make this fool wait now…
If I could give a negative rating and tell people to HIRE WORKERS WHO CAN DO WHAT LITTLE IS ASKED OF THEM and do it faster and with better attitude!!!

Really unfortunate that we have to wait in a drive through at the window to even get anyone to answer… when they do they say hold on and make you wait 5 more minutes. Put in the order and he kept asking “wait what?” As he’s talking in the background to his coworker. And again “what was that again?” Pull up to the window and they take my card no problem and we sit for another 8 minutes and they tell us to pull up front to get our food…. Been sitting here more time and no food.
I was rudely refused service but Ariana manager because I refused to go wait out front even though there was no one behind me in the drive-through.

I ordered a whopper with cheese, just mayo and ketchup, onion rings and a Coke. I asked for ketchup and zesty sauce at the window. They told me my order was not ready at pull around front so I pull around front. They bring out my order no ketchup, zesty sauce, or napkins in the bag. So I have to get out of my car and go inside to get the items that they neglected to put in the bag. The whopper with cheese was so hot. The cheese slid out of the buns. I do not like the fact that you guys put them in the microwave. A fast food is a very easy job. If you have common sense and these people do not have it.

Oh my, I love Burger King, but today we walked in there was Rap music playing super loud and what looked like drug activity going on.
There was a lookout at the entrance and several guys inside looking like they are up to no good.
The guy mopping the floor was also handling the food for the drive thru.
Needless to say we did not eat here, we walked out..
