I’m going to review this based on my own experience. Some of the previous reviews had me a bit concerned, but the food turned out to be good—actually, very good. Everything was hot and fresh, and I received my order in just two minutes. I also arrived around 10 p.m., when the place was fairly empty, which may have helped.
I definitely agree with the star rating at this location. I paid extra for on an item and didn't get the extra on it. It took over 10+ minutes to receive my food. The customer service from cashier was friendly but the one I received the order from wasn't that friendly. I would try this location again........
The receipt printer for the kiosk was not working, but when asked at the counter for a receipt - which could not be found; the manager dug through the records not only found it, but brought it out to me. Thank you for your efforts and customer service.
