Had food ready for 20 minutes and when complained said they could remake it and one of the front people who already let it sit there for 20 minutes would bring it out.
Lost my entire lunch break while the manager began making excuses to redo the food vs give the refund I asked for. Took another 5 minutes before I got cash back on my card payment.
I would give them no stars i went in a order my food togo ,they had no soda flavor available in the lobby and had to wait to get a drink from behind the counter and it was flat and undrinkable ,the staff was rude when i told them they had water on the floor .they had personal music playing in the back ground that was way to loud seeing i heard it ,the lobby was a mess and trash was over flowing ,not the first bad experience at this location and food was cold (burger patty...read full review
