March 22, 2024: yesterday I purchased a double whopper. Delicious!! Not shrunk. Same size it’s always been. All others have shrank their burgers, such as Wendy’s, McDonald’s and In n Out. I’ve not purchased from any others as of now, but will soon.

If you have time to kill go to this burger king every time I go in and order food 20 plus minutes 1 girl making the food 2 just waiting for the order to be complete to put it in the bag no team work so won't be going there anytime soon

Went through the drive thru and the service was amazing and fast! Fiona the girl on drive thru was very nice and helpful Burger King needs more workers like her!

This Burger King is absolute trash. It always smells like sewer water and never looks clean. The food is nasty and tastes like old grease, and the employees won't even look up when you walk in or respond when you speak directly to them. Do yourself a favor and find a different BK, or better yet, a McDonald's.

Going through the drive thru to order a chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and when I get my food they give me French fries. Do they pay attention to what people order or do they just stuff whatever the hell they want in your bag.
3 times in a row, I've had a problem/issue with my order at this particular location. Today neither the cashier or manager could understand my issue with the amount I was charged. I ordered 8 Whopper Juniors for $20 and 1 large fries for $3.79. The cashier thought I meant 8 duos and charged me for 16 burgers or $40. Instead of cancelling the order and start all over again, the manager simply subtracted $20 from the bill. My issue is that the tax on my receipt was based on 16 burgers ($40) and not on 8 burgers ($20). Therefore, she should have subtracted $21.99 from the bill and not just $20. Oh well, I just wanted to get this off my chest since 2 bucks isn't going to bankrupt me.

It's fast food... You can't expect the world from it right? Well, all I can say is no wonder this place has two stars. my online order was completely butchered nothing was right and it was a 15 minute trip to there 15 minutes back in about 15 minutes in the drive-through and it was 10 PM. So the time I could've been enjoying my dinner I had to drive back to get everything fixed and I can't even request a refund in the app because it doesn't work. Then there were two girls on scooters dangerously close to the back of my car and I know they have cameras in there but they still let them go through there. They could've been hurt and something could've happened with my car and them not a pretty picture. After telling all of this to the guy at the drive-through, all he had to say was damn. I do a lot of mobile orders at this location cuz I work nearby and it can be a hit or miss if my order has even been noticed by the workers but there's a Black woman there w/ gorgeous long crochet locs that always seems to be on top of it when I come in. When she's around my order is always ready or almost ready by time I come in and I appreciate that so much. Idk her name but she's great! Also the manager is really sweet. I always see her busting her butt to help her team out.
