I had a great experience at Burger King thanks to Marcus! He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile and a positive attitude. Not only did he get my order out quickly, but he also double-checked to make sure it was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. You could tell he genuinely cared about providing great service. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that kind of pride in their work—Marcus definitely made my day. Give that man a raise!

I came to this location for the play area. I ordered a whopper meal with cheese no tomato no ketchup, didn’t get cheese and it had tomato and ketchup. When the whopper was remade, still no cheese, after looking at my receipt cheese wasn’t put on my order. I had to ask for fresh French fries because the ones given were old. I also ordered 2 kids meals and had to ask for the toys. Customer service was nonexistent. There were also a couple of people loitering in the dining area, I’m assuming because of the heat.

Yeah, the store is still dirty. Joe is still extremely rude and disrespectful, but then again, it's Burger King, so you know this isn't a very respectful place, it seems. Most of the people can't even say Hey, thank you or Welcome. Besides, really, the morning crew is the only one; the evening crew is full of like teenagers that don't have any manners whatsoever. I can only imagine what the fryer looks like and the boiler looks like. I hope they get it fixed, but Kitty and Austin are extremely nice. They should be making more money than they do, but nevertheless

The inside of the store was very trashy tables had debris on it food was on the ground inside of the store was very trashy tables had debris on it food was sitting on the floor. Spent $38 and I went to Biden to my Texas whopper and the bun disintegrated it. It was so dry so it’s an old bun. Do you think they would check the buns? It just goes to show you your food and open it up at any fast food joint before you drive away with it but terrible, there’s a picture below look at that button as soon as you touch the button disintegrated because it’s an old button it should’ve been in the garbage I will never eat here

Don't bother. The employees don't care and become easily overwhelmed. If you do order, be prepared for a long wait and for your order to be incorrect when you get it. I am not sure if it is low employee morale, poor management, or both. I walked out after paying and not getting my food because it should take a half hour to fill a basic order.

Haha, figures. I should've check the reviews before going there. Got there at 8pm, the dining looked almost vacant with a few homeless people sitting there. The workers took madd forever, but ended up giving me a fried picked burger that wasn't excat pictured.. with some fried pickles missing. They didn't even warn me bout a possible shortage of pickles or they just forgot to put em in the burger.
But eh, don't bother go there.
