I don't think I can no longer eat at this establishment. I've eaten here my whole entire life. I've always been a loyal customer. My burgers came out cold and french fries seem like they have been sitting there for days. It's a disappointment because this is a very big company. And normally they provide quality food. But today I wasted my hard-earned money on food. That was very cold and undercooked. I am disappointed to have to leave this review

Poor management. Service staff very nice. But the manger is not doing there job by keeping track of inventory. Didn't have lids for large cups. Soda machine was not in full function. Didn't have some of the items of the menu in stock either.

The last three times I've pulled into the Burger King Drive thru the staff refuses to serve me. The night staff obviously decides what time to close now. They advertise open till 12am. But I show up at the drive thru at 11:30pm the staff has it's berack r edturned and they are playing on their cell phones when trying to get their attention to see if they are open. You guys need a better night crew. A crew in which obeys by the opening and closing rules and procedures. I was forced to take my business elsewhere as I really was in the taste for Burger King.

Miguel is horrible at customer service! Got my order wrong and then did not give me the correct order when asked and then argued with me about it. Also the frozen machine hasn't worked in 3 years! I forgot why I stopped going to this location and now I remember why.

Workers don’t know how to talk to people they just stare like they all on crack and close before closing time. Service always horrible and they make you wait forever at the drive through they must be back there eating the food themselves!!

Burger patties are cooked in advance and kept in a warmer tray. Always liked Burger King until they served us these awful burgers. Will not go to this location again. Must be a franchise that is not properly run. Sahara Blvd at the Lakes.
