went through drive thru and ordered two meals and an extra drink & fries. had us pull around and brought out our food 5 minutes later. guy walked out and handed us our bags and when we looked inside we were missing a sandwich. went inside to try and get it from them with the bag they gave me and they acted like i was lying to get free food and repeteadly said they “made sure it was in the bag”. whatever. get my food and finally leave, only to get home and see my other sandwhich only have meat and buns???? no cheese or bacon (which i paid extra for). one of the worst locations ive dealt with both dinner and breakfast service.

Hit and miss. Mostly misses. You have to always ask for your food fresh and even when you do, your fries are just refried, your burgers are just old and reheated. There are better locations

Went in instead of drivethrough since my order is always wrong. Asked for whopper extra cheese plain. First one to come out had everything on it so I sent it back. Second time was plain but only 1 slice of cheese. So I sent it back again and they had the nerve to cop an attitude with me. If you'd done it right the first time I wouldn't have sent it back!! I get it, mistakes happen. But when I repeat my order and it's still wrong twice then it's on you. Still ended up tasting terrible.

OMG! I forgot how much cheaper it is to go and get your own food! I spent $20 on 4 meals using their deals. And the food has been fresh! Worth the bus ride for me!! One thing, the employees look downcast. I believe that Burger King needs to invest in their employees.

I enjoy getting Burger King they're the last food chain that actually offers good coupon deals and the food isn't bad, but the customer service is mediocre at best there's no enthusiasm no excitement the workers don't seem at all in the least to enjoy their job, don't get me wrong I know it ain't someone's dream job and not all the customers are friendly but it's a paycheck at least take some pride in your job especially in customer service smile match the energy given
Parking: It's about a 10-14 lot so parking is fairly easy to get
Kid-friendliness: They offer an in restaurant child playroom/playground and dinning spot
First off , if you’re asking to round up for a donation explain what it’s for .2nd, don’t ask me what kind of sauce for my nuggets if you’re not going to give me any .

Came to the Cheyenne/Durango Location, Cashier answered all my questions and was very kind! Had a small injury occur to my baby and when I asked for a band-aid was approached by who I understand is the GM! He was so nice and came to check she was okay and that it wasnt too serious even made sure the manager came over to check it out! Thank you Joseph! Really apreciated that extra measure you took to care for your guest❤️
