ordered a bacon king with no ketchup no mayo, but when i got it there wasnt cheese or bacon either.

The play area was fun and my 2 toddlers loved it. I placed an order through the app so I could get some food before leaving. Walked to the cashier 15 minutes after placing the order (it said it was ready) and the cashier didn’t come to the counter for 17 MINUTES!!! I stood there and she just kept looking at me and walking by. There was no one else in the lobby, it seemed they only cared for the drive thru people. 17 minutes is too long to Not even be acknowledged with 2 toddlers waiting with me and I had to hold a crying one after a while. Then someone else came in (looked like a DoorDash driver) and the cashier spoke to her first even though I had been standing at the counter making eye contact with her the whole time. I was pretty upset leaving and later realized they forgot an item I paid for and all the sauces. I probably won’t go here again even though I like Burger King.

The worst place in the world. At a very non-busy time you will wait at the drive thru forever to order, you will wait forever to pick up the food, the food will be disgusting.

We stopped by for a quick late night fix…line was long-ish but decided to wait in it. Get to the window and was told that they were only fulfilling online orders. And we were already caught in line so we had to wait for people to filter through before we could leave. For a fast food place this is absolutely ridiculous. Especially late at night, who does online orders only…insane. Took our business elsewhere and won’t be returning.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! I put an online order in, got to the location and was told they were out of whopper meat. When I asked for a refund the cashier was extremely rude. The manager came to the window and told me he would initiate the refund, that it would take 3-5 days to show up in my account. After day 6 of not receiving the money, I contacted customer service with no response. I contacted them again the next day. The person in customer service asked for the details of the transaction, to which I provided, no response after that. So I contacted customer service again and she replied that its been over 7 days so they were refusing my refund! This location is extremely shady and burger kings corporate office is the same way!!

They made me wait for 25 minutes for my order. The dining area was not packed. They were more concerned with drive thru orders than the customers that ordered on the inside. Then my order was messed up. After, waiting so long I didn't even bother to go back to get it corrected.

Guy working the night shift is incredibly rude. Came through the drive thru, asked if I could get a side of whipped cream and he just shouted “no.” I asked if they no longer had whipped cream and he shouted “we don’t do that here” and refused any other service. 10-15-2025.

I dont even understand how the food is so bad. This has to be the oldest piece of chicken I've ever gotten, not to mention brown leetuce!?. Floppy cold fries, and no syrup in the sodas. What is actually going on in this place?

My sprite tastes like soda water, my fries are stale, and - this is a first - my chicken fries are limp. Super gross.

Over the last 4 orders they have either gotten them items wrong, served stale fries, or outright placed an order in the drive thru for someone who pulled up AFTER me when I had been waiting first.

I don’t know what it is with fast food joints in this area but they’re all trash. But hey at least bk won’t give you food poisoning like Taco Bell across the street so there’s that.
But they will get something wrong on the order and possibly disrespect you 🤷
