Took forever to get my online order. Store is closed but they clearly don’t have enough people working in there. Seems like very bad management.

This location is temporarily closed for remodeling (see pics). I wish the owner had updated their listing hours to save us a wasted trip. The kids were really looking forward to the playground today.

You can see by my screen shot I ask for NO pickles. They always give me pickles. This time I added tomato and onion. NOPE. Regular bacon cheeseburger with pickles. Do they not read the whole order? Of just don’t care? It looked like they didn’t care. If you don’t like your job, get a different one. Why take it out on the customers.

WORST LOCATION EVER ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR BAG. they didn’t give us the fries in our kids meal,or our large fry or onion rings. Then didn’t give us the chocolate sauce for our churro fries

went through drive thru and ordered two meals and an extra drink & fries. had us pull around and brought out our food 5 minutes later. guy walked out and handed us our bags and when we looked inside we were missing a sandwich. went inside to try and get it from them with the bag they gave me and they acted like i was lying to get free food and repeteadly said they “made sure it was in the bag”. whatever. get my food and finally leave, only to get home and see my other sandwhich only have meat and buns???? no cheese or bacon (which i paid extra for). one of the worst locations ive dealt with both dinner and breakfast service.

Mr burger king himself came and gave me my food and there was a mouse in my drank going to mc Donalds next time

Hit and miss. Mostly misses. You have to always ask for your food fresh and even when you do, your fries are just refried, your burgers are just old and reheated. There are better locations

This location is BAD every single order is wrong. We come here frequently and the mess up my order EVER.SINGLE.TIME. And we’re talking about no sauce on a burger or add pickles, not something complicated

Went in instead of drivethrough since my order is always wrong. Asked for whopper extra cheese plain. First one to come out had everything on it so I sent it back. Second time was plain but only 1 slice of cheese. So I sent it back again and they had the nerve to cop an attitude with me. If you'd done it right the first time I wouldn't have sent it back!! I get it, mistakes happen. But when I repeat my order and it's still wrong twice then it's on you. Still ended up tasting terrible.
