Came to the Cheyenne/Durango Location, Cashier answered all my questions and was very kind! Had a small injury occur to my baby and when I asked for a band-aid was approached by who I understand is the GM! He was so nice and came to check she was okay and that it wasnt too serious even made sure the manager came over to check it out! Thank you Joseph! Really apreciated that extra measure you took to care for your guest❤️

I love this store everyone is so nice. Management is doing well at executing orders. The crew is always so friendly. Haven’t been here in a year and still the same amazing service when I left.

This location never has the impossible patties in stock, ice cream machine is always broken and whenever they cancel my order the refund usually takes over 15 days. This problem only exists at this locatIon. All the ones further from me never seem to have any issues.

Every single time visiting this store there's been a fiasco. Last night I was told I'd have to wait 30 minutes for my order. This place never has what you order and I order in the app so it's already paid for. The female who said she was the manager chose to argue with me instead of making the order right. BAD BUSINESS. If you read the one and two star reviews, it really does sum this place up. Took forever to order and get food. Pull to the window and there are three people standing there, but still takes forever to get thru. Ordered onion rings and got fries but got the onion ring sauce for them. At least no one was rude and I got an apology for the wait.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. The rodeo burger i ordered was cold and barely had bbq sauce on it. It was dry and no flavor. It seemed old!! Small patty and the tiniest onion rings I ever saw. 1-2 inch in size and skinned. Did not look like an onion ring. The fries were cold. I wanted large size and i wanted to have the frozen slurpee style drink which i was told no. They wouldn't even allow me to pay an up charge. The fries were cooked in old oil and taste very fishy. The whole meal was horrible and I threw it away. The food my husband ordered was bad as well. I was worried I would get food poisoning. There was some dirty areas of the restaurant and a homeless crazy guy sitting in the back while every now and then he aced around the dining area. NEVER WILL I GO AGAIN. The manager should be fired!!!!

Completely incompetent. Have ordered on the app twice now to this location. They don't know how to fulfill online orders. Both times they have said they don't have an order under my name. Then we show them the receipt. First time they then somehow "found" the order. Today, super rude lady said they don't go by the order numbers (then why do they have them?!?) And still couldn't find the order. So now I have to deal with corporate to get refunded. This location should be closed down until the employees can be trained properly.

I go to this one whenever in town. The one on lake mead and rampart is disgusting. They have not nor do they ever really make a habit of cleaning their oil at the lake mead and rampart location. I’ll review them next for sure. These folks just charged actually 20.00 for 2 classic chickens and 2 med fries. And only gave one order of fries. Honestly it was not even busy. There are several screens to ensure accuracy. It’s wild how terrible food service or accuracy of orders has dropped off a cliff and never came back post pandemic. It’s like we need another decade to actually train people how to be good at these kind of jobs. I said it. Do better.

Pleasantly surprised. The kids area is larger and more interactive than McDonald's next door. Staff was polite, food was what you'd expect, and the location is very clean.Only complaint is the kids area is hotter than Hades. It's winter, kids get hot, no reason to have the heat set sp high.

Unfortunately, my burger was very cold when I got it and the cheese wasn't even melted. It wasn't even busy when I was in the drive thru. Fries were decent though. You'd be better off finding another location.

The food sizes are shrinking. They think we are too stupid to see it. I think the kids meal hamburger is bigger. These are not worth $2.50.
