Great service and well made whoppers. This is one of the best Burger Kings in the valley in my experience. I never had issues here.

Getting a bite before traveling to our destination

It takes two days to get your food through the drive-through never go to this location, especially if you’re on your lunch break every day my friends tell me they will not go to this location no matter what because it takes again two days to get your food, no matter how small to order
Lobby close middle of the morning 8 AM no reason for it to be closed. Worst Burger King in Las Vegas.
I come very often and i’d just like to say the staff is very friendly no matter what time i come whether it be morning or night i am always satisfied , lobby is usually clean , workers are either making food or walking around wiping tables. i would give it a 10/10 tbh one of my go to places for fast food !

Staff were friendly, fast and efficient. Went about 8:30 pm and everyone was nice, smiling, and they move quick. Tables and lobby were very clean much better than McDonald’s or most fast food places. Bathrooms were one of the cleanest I’ve experienced in fast food. Definitely coming back
Just had flew in and picked up rental. It was close and we were hungry. Great fast food restaurant.
12:10am on 12/31/24 drive thru and they say we have no meat. Just chicken and fries. I say well. I just want an impossible. They say we don’t have that either.
This is the third time there has been an issue with this location.

I brought a coupon and no where does it say you have to let the worker know you have a coupon upon at the order window. I bring it with my money to pay at the second window and she groans huff and puffs oh there's a coupon she says. And she huffs throws her hands at her side and throws her head back and slams the door. It's simply for a buy one get one whopper. She says oh I can't use the coupon you're suppose to tell me when ordering your food you have a coupon so I'm not going to honor it.
I'm a manager at dennys down the road and this is not how we treat customers. This is not how we as people in customer care speak to one another. Please be better. Please teach the people at your window to be kinder and to wear a propper name badge she knew I was going to write this review and she erased her name off of her name badge. Embarrassing.

I went around 12pm to grab lunch the customer service was spot on and they really new the meaning of fast food I was in and out and the lady was so nice when I received my food it perfectly made and so hot I love the way the fries where salted and all this is the best Burger King in town hands down very neat and clean

Lobby closed is unacceptable when you sit on a property with 3 hotels. At least shut off your mobile order for the lobby when it’s closed. This shit is so old. I’ve had this issue everytime I stay at the adjacent hotel. I don’t have a car and now I can wait 3 days for my money back.
That’s my way that’s exactly how I wanted it. Thanks so much for not answering my call when the drive throughs empty and the lobby’s closed. Loved that too.

Unsanitary!!! Cook is scratching neck and rubbing counters with gloves on. Yes, the same gloves she wants to touch buns and meat . I asked her to change them , she decides she wants to rub the counters again this time intentionally and then slap all over the wrapper. Simple solution- keep the food and refund me please 9/16/2024 9:30am

The manager taylor says that the GM of this location Taught her employees how to sell different Hamburgers than what you order
Because her GM told her to make him different, so don't come here trying to order one thing, expecting to get exactly what you order the picture in what they make. You are not the same not even close. I went in to complain. The manager tells me her GM taught her just to make them that way. And that's the way she has to make them. We pay too much money for us not to get what we paid for whether it's five dollars or twenty dollars Locations very disrespectful. My order was not fixed and don't intend to come back here to get it fixed. I will be adding pictures of my bacon king So you can see what I mean.
