Came here today after literally having the worst customer service experience at another Burger King up the street where I just had to walk out of. The guy working the drive thru here was so kind it’s almost like he knew what I just went thru at the other location! Food was so fresh also! Coming here was definitely a breath of fresh air!

The drive thru black lady that was their today, was nice to customers but she was mean to her staff. I order a #2 with no mayo and got mayo in it. All because the black lady in the drive thru was rushing her staff. This Burger King has changed managers and whole crew several times already!

This is my first visit to this restaurant in Las Vegas, felt that things were a little chaotic. Our order took a long time to receive, but the gal work in the counter, tried her best to make things right.

I was there for 10 minutes, my order was the 3rd one they served. I used the restroom while there. It had just been cleaned. The commode was disgusting and there was urine all over the wall at the urinal. It wasn't busy and they still couldn't attack my double correctly. Very disappointing.
