Stopped here right after getting rental car to get food in my way out of town. The drive thru attendant (Danielle) was cheerful and awesome. 100% doing her job. Food was hot and fries were fresh. A+.

Only 1 other person in the drive through, and he was there for an extended time. Not sure if its him changing orders and screwing up the flow or something went wrong inside. I ordered 2 Whopper Jrs, turned out both buns were stale AF, a dot of sauce on each sandwich making sure they remain dry in taste, and massive misalignment of the patty , very sloppy assembling. I guess you need a degree for that to improve. Location appeared to be well kept and clean, accessibility good. Staff was friendly. Food....well, I will not visit BK in awhile after knowing that its a gamble that my meal could be made with week old exposed buns that crunch from staleness.

Walked over from the hotel to realize they keep the lobby closed. No big deal, I decided maybe the drive-through but the lady inside moved away from the drive through and acted like she didn't see me.

My brother went here for just a few items and his card declined he was having issues with his PayPal card. After trying it a few times. Elijah took the time out to try to help him set up tap to pay to see if that would work. But sadly it wouldn't work. My brother apologized for the inconvenience and told him to cancel the order. Elijah insisted on paying for the order! It's nice to see an act of kindness in this crazy world we live in today. So sweet!

As others have stated, this is obviously not a corporate owned BK. The lobby is always CLOSED. They need to step in and do something about this franchisee not maintaining proper staff and instead, running a drive through only BK...

This is the second Burger King I've been to and both lobbies are closed, only drive thru open. I asked them why the lobby is closed and they told me they dont have enough staff. We ate in our car. The food was good, just disappointed we couldnt eat inside.

Avoid this location. Shift manager keeps all doors locked so you can go in and order food at all. She is very rude and she says only drive thru is open. I see people get turned away all the time in the morning and they just leave. I wouldn't deal with her or this location. Need to call corporate to let them know that she refuses to open the lobby at all and demands people to use drive thru. This is NOT how you run a business at all. Very unprofessional especially when you don't have a hard job flipping burgers.

I can say that the people who serve there are very kind. I just asked to go to the bathroom and they allowed me and they were even very kind, so I returned another day to buy a lot of food from them at Ageadecimiento VERY GOOD SERVICE 10
