This is a very clean Burger King in the heart of North Summerlin. Easy access to Summerlin Parkway and Summerlin Hospital. Drive through service was efficient and professional. My order was correct and fresh. The hash browns were crisp and tasted like the oil was also clean. Orange juice was a good substitute for coffee. The croissant was fluffy and eggs tasted like they just came off the griddle. I would to visit this store again when I’m in the area!

My neighbor raves about the croissantwich so I finally tried it. It was ok. Great service, quick drive thru. Taste like the croissant is microwaved or steamed. Bacon and egg was good.

This is located in a very nice neighborhood and I noticed that the ice cream is watery and dripping from the cone, also the machine is always broken down, they serve ice cream without gloves and touch money before they serve it
They need to get a new ice cream machine and make sure it doesn’t break down while in the drive through causing customers to back out of drive through

It was a very odd experience. We have loved Burger King, but unfortunately, the food and the non caring service was a major disappointment. They now have a self-service order system, which is fine but now good luck getting a friendly face to help you. One person up front to handle drive-thru and walk ins is not a way to run a satisfactory business. Last time we would ever visit this place.

Sub par on the food. They let everything set out and it wasn’t hot and ready to eat. The guys who worked the back looked like they just got out of prison and were NOT happy to be there. Everything moved slow and there was NOOOOOO management trying to change things. We came on a Saturday at 5:30 and it was dead. I guess we know why now. We really like Burger King, but will not be coming back to this location again. Management and employees need to change or else the place needs to close down and a better business to take the primary real estate.

I chose to celebrate my four-year-old's birthday at Burger King, and it turned out to be an absolute delight! The staff was incredibly attentive to all our needs, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and everyone had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was filled with joy, and we were thrilled with how engaged the attendants were as they facilitated various games, including tug of war , bag toss and limbo , making the experience even more fun. Shoutout to the manager Charm . It was a fantastic celebration, and I highly recommend this venue for any young child’s birthday party!
