The lady at the window who took my order was rude when I asked if she could add fries instead because apparently they sold out of mozzarella sticks and they ain’t tell us at the speaker. She proceeded to say yes we have fries, with an attitude and all I asked was to add it to my order. Proceeded to talk among her coworkers complete ignorance. They are just rude. And they also forget my sprit.

This place has gone downhill for awhile now definitely won't be back . My son went through the drive through last night after work got home and his burger ( impossible whopper was burnt black The fries are also terrible every time. He went back today for a refund they only refunded the cost of the burger not the meal even though he came home and had to throw away his dinner .

Had difficulty using my gift card. Worker kept swiping card past the no swiping warning. Finally, we entered by hand. Then we got home, and there was no bacon on either sandwich, which we paid extra for.

I had the best chicken sandwich from this restaurant. Chicken was and perfectly cooked, the lettuce was crisp and they added the slice of cheese I wanted. The fries were hot and crispy as well. Perfect meal.

Went through the drive thru and ended up with the wrong order when I got home, luckily I live very close. When I came back to have my order corrected, the store manager was very helpful and kind, my order was re-made fresh and he threw in a desert. Wonderful customer service! Will be back!

Drive through to pick up two meals. Service was fast and accurate. I asked for a carrier for the drinks. Also, for a bigger bag so I could do my carry easier. All cheerfully and quickly provided. Food tasted good too. Nicely done Burger King!
Saw advertised three days ago that Paw Patrol was the surprise in the Kiddie meals . Took kids as a surprise and no Paw Patrol. No effort was made by the staff or management as an apology.I asked if they would get them in, and the manager had no clue. But they took our $20 bucks and said try back again!

I don’t usually eat at fast food restaurants. However, I was craving a root beer so I decided to make a pit stop at Burger King. One of the reasons that I don’t eat at fast food restaurants is due to the lack of customer service. However, I was caught by surprise how friendly Noah was upon driving up. Noah, took the time to say hello and build rapport with myself and my dog. Thank you so much Noah for providing exceptional service. You made our experience at Burger King a memorable one.
