I recently visited Burger King store 2239 at 3355 South Maryland Parkway, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a five-dollar meal and a seven-dollar trio. At the end of the transaction, I noticed one of the meals didn't come with fries. I asked the cashier to add fries, but the transaction had already gone through, so I ended up paying extra for the fries.
When I spoke to the manager, explaining that I didn't want to pay more if I didn't have to and wanted what I ordered, he responded dismissively, asking, "What do you want me to do?" The cashier then approached with an unprofessional attitude, vigorously staring at me with her hands on her hips, and talked to me rudely while the manager remained silent. Despite my efforts to clarify my transaction, I received incorrect information.
Overall, the customer service was unsatisfactory, and I felt undervalued as Paying Guest.
Seth was a manager and the cashier was Julica. FYI, I had to make three transactions to even get the meals that I required so I spent over $26 for two meals that is unfair and I definitely should be compensated. If this helps, my order numbers are 69,70 and 83.

Was attacked almost physically because my order was incorrect. The little girl climbed on the counter instead of allowing me to speak with a manager and make the order correct. This type of behavior is unacceptable anywhere. Even a cheap fast food restaurant in a bad part of town.

this is the worst burger king in las vegas, if I could give negative stars I would. 1st off I order $5 whopper jr duo & 2 chicken jrs with mustard added. not only do I only get 1 chicken jr, there's no mustard hell there's barely mayo & lettice, chicken is old & dry. When I get home to call & complain what do you know they don't answer the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS CRAP PLACE...NEVER GO BACK!!!!

This place has by far the best staff and they make the burgers to order. The staff here joke around with you and show you all kinds of respect. This bk isn't in the best part of vegas, but by far has the best staff and should be paid more.

Wish I could rate it lower. My family and I went to this location around 12:30pm, half of our order was wrong. We had ordered two double whoppers, a chicken fry combo, and two chicken sandwiches. We weren’t given the chicken fries, and the whoppers we were given were Texas whoppers. The employee, (who might I add was a manager) terrible service. She had a horrible attitude and rushing us to finish ordering. We each called about 7 times so about 21 times in total, and no answer. Probably worst Burger King I’ve been to in Vegas.

Grabbed drive thru here, they really had it together on this location, my only complaint is that all my toppings were stacked in one spot on my sandwich but this is so common for me that it won't effect my rating at all.
