Please dont take your kids to this location. Playground is so filthy, they haven't cleaned that area in years. They had people sleeping all over the place. This place needs to be shut down. Please dont take your children here.

Idk what’s going on but I come here often and this morning at 6:30am the store looks open but no one is on the speaker or inside even though we can hear clanging around noises and saw someone moving the fryer baskets?? But absolutely no one would come to the drive through window or on the speaker I wasted damn near 15+minutes just waiting with a long line of cars?? It’s 24 hours? Just in general even if it’s one person just say so acknowledge us. I placed an order online I wasn’t able to get I need a refund. No ones answering phones I’m nervous and want to call 911 or something it’s so bizarre!

These staff asking for higher wages but can’t even take an order correctly. Useless employees on Saturday night. Go to in and out burger. Same price better food and service. Burger King should be a shame
Tried to use more than one coupon. "Cannot in one order". Ilu true, I have done it multiple times and used to manage a Burger king. No big deal, I can place multiple orders and pay that way. Nope. Will not allow me to place multiple orders. "We are too busy for that, sorry" So, when you are busy, the new company policy must be to try to make the orders as small as possible now huh? Go to any other BK. This one is not managed properly. Food was fine tho.

This is by far my fav Burger King location in Vegas. The workers here are so friendly, especially the guy who works the drive through he deserves a big raise. Always satisfied with my orders here at this location!
