Today during the lunch rush. Abby assisted me when the app offer wasn't working on my phone. She and her staff did a wonderful job. Our chicken sandwiches were on point. Great job BK thank you all from me and my grandson

Idk what’s going on but I come here often and this morning at 6:30am the store looks open but no one is on the speaker or inside even though we can hear clanging around noises and saw someone moving the fryer baskets?? But absolutely no one would come to the drive through window or on the speaker I wasted damn near 15+minutes just waiting with a long line of cars?? It’s 24 hours? Just in general even if it’s one person just say so acknowledge us. I placed an order online I wasn’t able to get I need a refund. No ones answering phones I’m nervous and want to call 911 or something it’s so bizarre!
