The kids (about 3 or 4 in all) who served us were very nice but they were very young and inexperienced. They clearly meant well but severely lacked professionalism for such an establishment.

Just went to the drive-through got my food. It was fresh, the lady who took my payment was very nice as usual. I’ve seen her there a few times. My one and only complaint about this restaurant is that more often than not the fries are so salty they cannot be salvaged. No amount of brushing off the salt will make them edible. Besides that the tea is impeccable like I literally go there sometimes just to get an unsweet tea. Burgers are always fresh, It’s just fries. You have a great staff. I’ve never gotten bad customer service from anyone at this particular Burger King, In fact, I’ve gotten the opposite which is guaranteed great customer service every single time I’ve ever been there. this BK is right by my home so I’ve been there frequently. I tried to do a survey but I got an expediter ticket that didn’t survey code.Parking: There is a Tesla charging station in the parking lot.

I want to 2 burger kings, one on rainbow and they drive through, they made me wait minutes and I just drove away and then I went to the to Burger King on Fort Apache and they didn't have a register ready, so the only way to check out is through a kiosk and you can't pay cash, so I had to walk out of that restaurant also. Burger king is going down the drain

To the franchise owner,Getting $25 of food should allow for more than 2 sauces. We like to dip our fries and onions rings which apparently aren’t “sauce eligible items”. I understand limiting sauces for people with outrageous requests, but this is getting out of hand. Sauces cost the restaurant $0.05 each, and you want to charge over $0.25 each? This isn’t about being fair, it’s about increasing profits. The rude worker at the window purposefully got my order and sauces wrong as she was upset with me for questioning the policy. I entered the restaurant after leaving the drive through to fix this, and she yelled to the woman helping me to “not give him anything”. The woman helped me fix my order, and was very kind.Unfortunately I cannot come back to this restaurant. Been coming here for a decade, but the quality has gone down, the prices have shot up, and the customer service has dwindled.Side note, food ordering kiosks are an eye sore, and they scream “we refuse to help you face to face”.If the reviews on this restaurant ever get above 2 stars again, and I see fewer fake reviews on this listing, I may consider coming back.

Placed a big order through uber eats and the delivery person dropped off an incomplete order to my house. Corinne, the general manager at restaurant was so kind enough to remake the whole order of I came in and picked it up my self. Way to go above and beyond.

We come here a couple of times a month. The tables are never clean and the floor is not clean either. We have to ask someone to clean our table every time as we can't find a clean table. It is seldom busy so there doesn't seem to be a reason for not cleaning the tables. The food is very good.

I walked in to the restaurant and there was an employee at the counter putting king crowns together. I was the only one in line and after a few minutes of waiting, she told me to go order at the Kiosks. Instead of placing a order at the Kiosk, I left. Customer service ratings of a big fat

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this location because of Rodrigo! Super polite every time I come in with my girlfriend. Remembers our names and our order and is amazingly kind. I honestly didn’t like this location before but it’s great to know every time I come I can expect amazing service from Rodrigo and his team

I don't know how corporate allows such an assault on customer service... especially in a town that relies on tourism... Our tourists not only on the strip; but many tourists come into this area of town for work and recreation. The accumulation of bad service in the town is part of what hurts this economy. The food at this location is good though. The cooks seem to come through.

50 minutes trapped in the drive thru tonight! I was the seventh car through in that time. 50 minutes to clear 7 cars is absolutely ridiculous! That's about 7 minutes per car. ? And this is not the only time they've been ridiculously slow. Definitely will avoid this location going forward.

Dear Burger King Management,I wanted to provide feedback on a recent experience we had at your drive-through on January 21, 2024. While the male employee at the window exhibited exceptional customer service and professionalism, we encountered challenges while placing our order through the speaker.The woman on the speaker seemed rushed and continuously interrupted as we attempted to place our order. Upon reaching the window, the aforementioned male employee displayed excellent demeanor and service. Subsequently, we politely inquired about purchasing additional sauce packages.Regrettably, the encounter took an unpleasant turn when an older woman, seemingly in a rush and speaking in Spanish, intrusively intervened. She loudly insisted that we were requesting too many sauces.We appreciate the positive experience with the male employee but felt compelled to share our concerns about the communication breakdown at the drive-through. We believe open and clear communication is essential for a positive customer experience.
