This was certainly an enjoyable experience. I've never had the Burger King breakfast options before, and I am not usually a fan of fast food breakfast. They were playing nice music that wasn't too loud, and the store was clean and well staffed. I ordered the Egg-normous burrito and it was delicious! Will be coming back to Burger King for breakfast in the future.

I'm a delivery driver. I go inside and am patient for 5+ minutes. 2 people literally with back turned ignore me like customers don't exist. I calmly speak up and say excuse me..excuse me...man keeps ignoring me then finially turns around and I go can I get some help I've been waiting I need to pick up a order for Richard. He rudely goes it's NOT READY call another driver. It's called customer service. I'm a driver but I'm a extension of someone ordering from your establishment. I was patient ant not ride until after he was very rude and unprofessional. IF your a driver. Do NOT waste your time here. They will make you wait, won't help you and will be rude to you. You know who you are. If you see this review you need another job. Customer service isn't for you my man!

Ordered on app. Asked for cheese and bacon on one whopper and cheese on the other. Didn't get those extras on either. Arrived at the store before 10pm, lobby closed. Went through drive-through to pick up and drove off without checking. Very disappointed, used to better service from Burger King.
If you are going to force us to use a kiosk to order make sure they are working properly. Otherwise you will lose more sales. Your food isn’t good enough to have to go thru a hassle to get. Add g stuff I didn’t want and taking off stuff I did. Not worth the hassle.
