We didn't order anything because of the rude staff. It's about a guy around 30-40, overweight. He was sitting outside the restaurant surfing the phone when we came in, didn't even look up. When we went to the counter to order, he hissed, order in the device. We left there. What a rude staff and atmosphere. Happy New Year

If I could give them zero stars I would to start the staff was rude and one of the cashiers (the one with braids I believed or a bun) looks like she was completely high & had an attitude the whole time! The manager as well was rude when asked if my niece and nephew could play on the play ground! You guys have always said the playground closed at 8:00 Pm mind you it was 7 upon arrival! This place will not be getting my service. If you don’t like your job find elsewhere but to be rude in front of children is completely unacceptable.

How disappointing! persuaded my wife to skip mcDonalda for a change and try a flame grilled burger! it was disgusting. i’ll never order from burger king again. “update” just spoke to the manager who admitted they used a microwave to head the meat, no grill or flame.

$5 for two Whopper Juniors? More like two sets s of buns with teeny tomato slice. Absolute scam, there is nothing more greedy than you coming for us at Xmas time.

I got an order for my family in the drive through tonight around 7:30. When I got home I discovered that we were given these old ass reheated disgusting fries. They were hard, chewy and not edible. My daughter got nuggets with her kids meal and they were old and dried out. We've been here during the day several times and never had any issues with the food but the wait is always long. Really disappointed because we were hungry. Oh and they messed up my drink order also.

So I stood at the drive throw waiting - no one answered so I drove up to the window - they refused to take my order at the window and told me to back up since they had issues . -
If you.have an issue in your buiness and you.cant manage what you.do - you don't tell your customers to back up - you take the order at the window and move on .
Run by kids and they are.actually doing me a great deal - since I will never come back here amd I will get to eat healthier options

BEWARE: THE WORST BK in the USA. Aaron, the night manager is disrespectful and dishonest. My fries were hard as a brick and he claimed they were freshly made. I show up and he says he cant replace my entire meal, because I didn't mention the seeds in my drink and cold burger over the phone. Using profanity and arguing with me in the drive through. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS FILTHY LOCATION with anything I ingest. I left without the fries or drink because I would rather not have spit in my food. HORRIBLE. NEVER doordash from here. Despicable.

The truth is that it's a shame that their employees don't have empathy with the customers.
