No matter when I go to this location they are always short staffed. An order takes them 10 minutes to complete, that's after I've already ordered ?. The staff moves extremely slow, the person working drive thru is always rude(no matter who it is). I try my absolute best to avoid this location. I rather take the extra 5 minutes and drive to the one next to 7-1 1 on fort apache. The only person that I see hustling is the manager. He's the one who bags the food for the dine in customers.

This is BY FAR the worst Burger King in existence. They have a great location, but I will drive past this location to go ANYWHERE else including a BK that is farther away. Every time I or my wife comes here, they are rude. I mean over the top rude and usually incompetent. I am the easiest customer ever. Just give me what I order (no special items btw) and charge me correctly. I'd like some manners, but I'll settle for my order and the correct price. I cannot believe whoever manages this location still has they're job. Absolutely awful ... No more.

The machines are kind of wonky but the customer service is really good. It's next to a car wash. Instead of spending $30 per person at Town Square, put the Burger King app on your phone and eat here. My son and I ate here for $15 combined and we are completely full. And I'm loaded ?! It's not about the money, it's about the convenience and value. Most kids don't want to sit in a restaurant, and best of all it has a playpen!

The dining area was closed with no signage. Went thru drive thru, hoping it was open. Asked why inside was closed, they said it was a staff shortage.

I've been to 3 other BK locations in Las Vegas. They were all trash. This place is hands down the best one. Food was hot and correct. Staff was on point and dining area was clean.

This is one of the few fast food chains that offers a plant-based option. So, I occasionally come here to get an Impossible Whopper with no mayo. Dine-in and drive-thru service are quick and friendly. The indoor dining area has a casual vibe. There is an indoor play area for children. This eatery is a good late dining option when normal restaurants are closed.
On top of bad service, the chicken nuggets were old and cold. I get disappointed everytime I go to a Burger King.. I guess I should stop going...

I seriously wasted my money, time, and gas. The food i received was inedible. Then instead of just refunding my money, they offered me a $10 coupon. WHY WOULD I WANT TO EAT HERE AGAIN ?? Its gross and how they decide to handle it was unacceptable. The lack of accountability speaks volumes !!!

Wow I haven’t been to BK in a long time, loved it as a child and when I was younger (I’m 46 now). So disappointed today I won’t be going back again for a while, and won’t go to this one again. Ordered a whopper with extra ketchup. I got one with almost no ketchup, like 3 small pieces of lettuce, one small tomato and small onion in the middle, extremely disappointed. I was in a rush and didn’t have time or energy to go back for return since they got it wrong. I now see why they are being sued for false advertising, this was the most unappealing whopper I’ve ever had, looked nothing like any picture I’ve ever seen of one, I thought it was a whopper junior for a second it was so bad. And, they took a long time to get the order, I was actually excited it would be fresh but was opposite. I also ordered the spicy chicken fries and they were stale and cold. Quality was a massive F today guys.
