The lady in front of me ordered $38 worth of food and yet they didn't tell them to pull around in the drive-thru so I had to sit there and wait for my one burger that was blatantly just sitting out for a long time even though they made me wait when I got up to the window. Also I asked for no tomato no ketchup paid for extra cheese which it didn't have and add mustard. it did not have mustard but guess what it did have tomato and ketchup....

So I went to the drive thru and I wanted the classic chicken sandwich.He asked me did I want 2 or do I want a combo I said no just one sandwich.So,when I got the total it was a lot $6.59 so I inquired what was the price of the 2sandwiches he said $5.00 so I said ok to that.He told me NO!So I asked him to void it he said no I already rang it up.He could of void it.Then he proceeds to tell me he has the right to refuse service to anyone.Id did nothing wrong.So I asked for the manager he said he was.Just so you know he was a Black guy that’s not the issue just if anyo goes there BEEARE!So,then I asked for the corporate number he said there isn’t one.So then I googled with no luck so I drove to the Ft.Apache location the manage was so nice and gave me all the names&phone number of corporate and the District Manager.Oh and the sandwich was terrible also not the sandwich I got there 20:yrs ago that was so good and a sloppy sandwich presentation!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. We ordered through the drive-through at 7:55 PM and we were stuck in the drive through until 8:34pm.. not so fast food. There were literally 3 cars ahead of us.

5 STAR SERVICE !! I haven’t been to Burger King in YEARS … Miranda & Amaya were so amazing and effective when it came to knowing the menu ! Burger King AT THIS LOCATION is my new spot ! Thanks to these two Reps 🙏🏾 THANK YOU 🙏🏾

Visited on 12/29/24 @ 6:59 PM It supposed to be open according to their schedule but no one even wanted to make eye contact when was trying to open the door. Total disappointment, guess will never come back.

I went in tonight to get a simple order, a number one with fries and a drink. The establishment was empty and behind me were a family who ordered an even bigger meal. Afterwards, a group of teenagers walked in and ordered multiple items.
The young cashier served the group of teenagers orders first as it turns out they were friends and making Thanksgiving dinner plans. The family that ordered after me also got their food, and I kept waiting patiently. I then approached one of the crew members and asked the status of my order to which he replied “the order never popped up back here “. I was very upset and asked to please get a refund, to which the crewmember denied my request and made the burger and handed it to me. During this whole conversation, the manager was standing nearby on her phone having a conversation with somebody and did not bother to join in or intervene.
Please avoid this location as it is operated by management that does not care and teenage staff who clearly give preferences to their friends versus the order in which customer’s orders are taken.
Rude and incompetent are proper words used to describe staff here.

Night crew has an attitude problem. Been using a coupon packet that they’ve been accepting. All of a sudden I can’t use my coupons anymore. They wouldn’t take my order without presenting the coupon at the window. That’s fine, but I still wanted to order regardless if the coupon was valid or not. Super rude. Won’t be coming back if the same night crew resides here. Worst handling of service I’ve ever seen. How embarrassing to work here.

- Drive Thru attendants were clearly irritated that I needed 1 extra minute to review the menu - I had 3 small items, they forgot the most expensive one - They tried to sell me a coupon sheet - They gave me the wrong flavor chicken wrap - Fries were definitely not fresh
