I don’t even know where to start with this Burger King.
The only thing they are consistent at is poor customer service and messing up my order in some way. Either items are not customized correctly, or they’re just flat out missing.
I finally had enough and wanted to give my feedback.
I placed a mobile order so it would be ready by the time I got there, as they are notoriously slow and get backed up all the time.
As I arrived there was only one car in the drive thru. They still made me pull up to the front and I waited another few minutes for my food.
When she finally brought it out it did not have the sauce I paid for when I placed my order.
I tried to go inside to request it but the “24-hour” lobby was locked. I had to pull around to the drive thru and wait behind another car again.
When I asked for my sauces, I heard them questioning why I had asked for extra sauce, even though I paid for them on the app! THEY were impatient with ME!
After getting home, not only was my sandwich made incorrectly since I asked for no mayonnaise and no lettuce, but it seemed like they actually put EXTRA on there.
My “halfsies” order was really just four onion rings, and they were cold and hard. It was like the oil hadn’t been changed and they were just sitting out getting old and stale.
By far, this is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Consistently. Please choose ANY OTHER PLACE.

Black girl with braids always tells me theres nothing on the menu and when i ordered a meal and tried to use a coupon at the end, she charged me full price. Great service.

New manager today that was transfered to this location. Food was ready fast fast. Food was fresh and hot. Quality and service is great now. Food at this location tasted better than ever.

Burgers were really good : whopper & Texas double whopper. 8 piece nuggets were lukewarm when we got home. Fries were salted the right amount.

Honestly, I can’t even believe this BK is still in business. It has been terrible for years but just continues to get worse and worse. It’s frustrating because I know better than to come here, typically I will drive out of my way.. to the BK on Blue Diamond to avoid this location but I frequent this area often and sometimes i’m in a rush and just need to grab something quick.. well this place is anything but quick, the employees here could care less. Today, I thought I scored because there was only 1 person in line ahead of me, well.. I was mistaken. I literally sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes behind the same car. Was late back from my lunch break. 25 minutes in a drive thru is absolutely unacceptable. No apologies or any concern from the worker. Disgusting old, salty, cold fries and onion rings and a disgusting whopper jr.. the bun was crunchy and old and everything was just thrown together sloppy. I’ve had it with this place and am finally done giving this location a chance. They need to go out of business and replace it with a business who cares about the quality of their employee’s as well as food.

I experienced very poor and slow service. The drive-through staff was rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined my appetite. Even fast-food restaurants can deliver a better customer experience than this. I waited over 15 minutes in line with only two cars ahead of me, and while I don’t mind waiting when necessary, the rudeness and lack of consideration were unacceptable.

This place is crazy waited in line for almost 25mins. I can’t even eat my food once I do get it like why would you guys take this long. I ordered pick up smh! Management Corp needs to address this. This isn’t the first check all theses reviews omg this is ridiculous!

Lorena is keeping this location afloat. Her customer service is impeccable, and left me with a smile on my face. Add the fact that the food is superb makes for a memory that I won't soon forget. I will be coming back, and I'd hope that Lorena is there to greet me again.
