I just ordered on drive thru No1 Impossible Whopper meal and to my dismay it’s Terrible. The Burger is burned. It’s unhealthy to eat. Why do they still have to serve it. I don’t think they will eat burned burger. It’s sickening.

They were so nice. I ordered 2 Happy Meals and an 8-piece fried chicken. I went through the drive-thru, and when I paid, I didn’t ask for the receipt. When I got my order, we received the 2 Happy Meals and the sides, but both the staff and I forgot about the 8-piece chicken. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t notice at the time.

After I dropped my kids off at school, I realized I had forgotten the chicken. I called the store, and they told me to come in. When I arrived, a lady helped me and showed me my receipt, and I confirmed the order. She said she would give me two orders to apologize for the inconvenience.

I was very happy. It wasn’t just their mistake—it was mine too. I didn’t blame them or complain, but I really appreciated how they handled the situation.

Pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:45 already had paid for a mobile order, waited for 10 minutes no one spoke, place was empty no customers inside, finally I drove up to the window and couple teenagers were hanging out, they looked at me in the window and handed me my bag of food. Absolutely won't be coming back.

Average fast food. Be prepared you’re going to wait like it’s fine dining restaurant. Workers move slower than a snail. They tell you to wait and be patient when they are doing nothing. Drive to another location will take faster. Find workers with urgency!

Don’t be surprised when they mess up your order!

I don’t even know where to start with this Burger King.

The only thing they are consistent at is poor customer service and messing up my order in some way. Either items are not customized correctly, or they’re just flat out missing.

I finally had enough and wanted to give my feedback.

I placed a mobile order so it would be ready by the time I got there, as they are notoriously slow and get backed up all the time.

As I arrived there was only one car in the drive thru. They still made me pull up to the front and I waited another few minutes for my food.

When she finally brought it out it did not have the sauce I paid for when I placed my order.

I tried to go inside to request it but the “24-hour” lobby was locked. I had to pull around to the drive thru and wait behind another car again.

When I asked for my sauces, I heard them questioning why I had asked for extra sauce, even though I paid for them on the app! THEY were impatient with ME!

After getting home, not only was my sandwich made incorrectly since I asked for no mayonnaise and no lettuce, but it seemed like they actually put EXTRA on there.

My “halfsies” order was really just four onion rings, and they were cold and hard. It was like the oil hadn’t been changed and they were just sitting out getting old and stale.

By far, this is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Consistently. Please choose ANY OTHER PLACE.
