The people who work here must have been high with how slow they were moving around. There were hardly any orders and they still took over 10+ minutes for my simple order to be fulfilled. The fries were half filled and my burgers looked like a mayonnaise bomb went off all over the place. I will never come back to this location.

Vincent is the best! His entire team is amazing and hard working. They go above and beyond here at this store to make sure they are satisfying every customer. Today Vincent made my families day by being so kind and willing to accommodate us with what we wanted. Keep up the excellent work and top of the line customer service. Edit* out of near starvation I decided to give this location another try they have a new manager, Spanish guy who’s killing it. The staff is friendly. The food is steaming hot they informative and giving fabulous customer service. The order is correct and they are fast. Way to turn it around guys!!!
This location is the worst. I am so over it. Just ate here yesterday my whole family is sick with the runs. They are supposed to be 24 hr. We have pulled our before waited in like with other cars just for no one to ever come to the window. Waited 10 mins before we left. They always forget one item or give you a wrong item. One time we came they said they were out of buns. Like what? Your a burger place buns is kinda the apart of the package. I keep seeing a slew I hires and fires, the new manger has she was going to improve the place. I haven’t seen a difference. I’ll drive to the father location sick of them.

Ordered three burger meals thru Uber eats. Burgers were not made as asled and were cold and flabby . Did not receive fries or onion rings. Also did not receive two milkshakes and was told the ice cream machine was down. Absolutely sucks

I don't expect much because I show up around 1am or later when I get off work a few times a month but i expect literally any service at all.. More times than not, I sit and wait to have my order taken and it never happens. Like whomever they have working never answers. I've called out, I've honked and call, nothing. Super frustrating because I get off late and it's the 1 place I should be able to get food late. Fix your staff man.

Fries are cold and hard and sitting for a while, whopper cold, melts cold, the onions for the melts really cold refrigerator cold. Fries were LG and got as much as a small on all of them. No help with the bk app when ordering, couldn't apply my discount. 25 min wait in lobby. Over all the price I paid for the food is ridiculous. I should of known that if you don't smell flame broil hamburger outside then don't go there cause you then know it's not fresh.
Service was non-existent and the food was lukewarm and lacked taste. If you're going to charge $10-$15 for a fast food hamburger and fries, at least heat it up. A gentleman who ordered after us did not get the correct order and they had to remake it. The young man behind the counter didn't apologize for the mistake and kind of tossed the food at him. Everyone in this establishment acted like they did not want to be there and could not even smile for their customers

Not the 1st time but was hopeful... food at night is always not fresh, but this time was the worst... chicken patty was rock hard pretty sure it had to have been hours old way pass holding time... whopper meat dry, cold starting to harden... dont bother eating here late at night.

I had came to that BK guitar a few times.I’ve parked my expensive E bike inside the door asked the first time I did it..I asked.The BK on skypointe G.M. They Had No problem.So When Im waiting for my meal a worker comes in say whoever’s bike that is they need to get it OUT of the building..When I said it was mine She repeated to me.I said and you are The GM Very Rudly and repeats herself about the bike..like I work for her I asked why you talking at me like that she turned and walked to the back! A very cold no personality gastapo way She talks to her employees,there all scared to lose there Job..Geez
