I just got taken out burgers and they were cold and disgusting slapped together

I don't expect much because I show up around 1am or later when I get off work a few times a month but i expect literally any service at all.. More times than not, I sit and wait to have my order taken and it never happens. Like whomever they have working never answers. I've called out, I've honked and call, nothing. Super frustrating because I get off late and it's the 1 place I should be able to get food late. Fix your staff man.

Fries are cold and hard and sitting for a while, whopper cold, melts cold, the onions for the melts really cold refrigerator cold. Fries were LG and got as much as a small on all of them. No help with the bk app when ordering, couldn't apply my discount. 25 min wait in lobby. Over all the price I paid for the food is ridiculous. I should of known that if you don't smell flame broil hamburger outside then don't go there cause you then know it's not fresh.

Service was non-existent and the food was lukewarm and lacked taste. If you're going to charge $10-$15 for a fast food hamburger and fries, at least heat it up. A gentleman who ordered after us did not get the correct order and they had to remake it. The young man behind the counter didn't apologize for the mistake and kind of tossed the food at him. Everyone in this establishment acted like they did not want to be there and could not even smile for their customers

None of the workers had gloves on and were handling the food. Some blond lady that seem to be in charged kept wiping salt of her hands.

Not the 1st time but was hopeful... food at night is always not fresh, but this time was the worst... chicken patty was rock hard pretty sure it had to have been hours old way pass holding time... whopper meat dry, cold starting to harden... dont bother eating here late at night.

I had came to that BK guitar a few times.I’ve parked my expensive E bike inside the door asked the first time I did it..I asked.The BK on skypointe G.M. They Had No problem.So When Im waiting for my meal a worker comes in say whoever’s bike that is they need to get it OUT of the building..When I said it was mine She repeated to me.I said and you are The GM Very Rudly and repeats herself about the bike..like I work for her I asked why you talking at me like that she turned and walked to the back! A very cold no personality gastapo way She talks to her employees,there all scared to lose there Job..Geez

Why do you even stay open at night when they serve cold fries from yesterday, I swear they microwaved my burger pre made ,shake machine is always down..I MEAN ALWAYS AT NIGHT. Burger King shame on you I sure love getting home and my whole meal is disgusting. Train your workers not to be lazy and a shake machine is a must just cause they don't want to clean it...I want a refund but im sure they won't even awnser the phone.

Waited 30 minutes last night with two cars ahead of me. Avoid !!!
If you go inside you have too use there kisko to place your order but it only tacks card no cash . The person at the counter doesn't want to help you. Never will eat ate Burger King ever again. In n outs better anyway.

came here as a first responder in an ambulance, manager completely ignored us 4x, could not go through the drive through due to the ambulance and manager told staff no. completely rude and unprofessional and no accommodation. will be reporting this

Stopped by here to have a quick breakfast before running errands but our order took almost 30mins. Looks like they prioritize drive thru than people dinning in. Btw here is how the breakfast burrito looks like when we got our order after almost 30mins of waiting. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.
