Went through the drive-thru.
Took a while to acknowledge I was there, and then she wasn't very friendly. I decided not to order.

The food is good service is nice just super super slow.
My initial order was incorrect which is a common occurrence here. I called to let them know and they immediately offered to remake the order. They were super slammed and honestly might’ve had only two people working that night but I appreciate them willing to try and make things right.

spent over 30 mins in the drive thru waiting for food just for the order to be completely wrong, fries tasted old and dreadful. the drink was wrong the burgers were wrong!

We order 3 kids meals drive thru took 20 minutes to get our food. It’s almost 11pm

Hit up the Burger King right across from Centennial Hospital, we walked in for lunch, and right away the manager GianCarlo helped me with the kiosk. I wanted to top the frozen cotton candy with vanilla ice cream and he was like, no problem, punched it all in, super friendly. Everything came out crazy hot!? double Impossible Whopper, half fries half onion rings, tasted like the fryer was just changed. Store looked spotless; even the bathroom smelled clean. Staff laughing, chatting like they actually like each other. That combo drink with the ice cream melted just right, sweetest finish ever. Damn good meal!!

This place is in serious need of staff and hopefully a quicker wait for the drive thru. Beware: on three occasions they have given me less than half my order and I had to go back.

I hate this franchisee.
Got treated horribly by Shamir, (manager) no cars except for us. Waited 10 minutes in drive through for no response. Drove up and he yelled at us. Horrid experience, never again.

I went today and there was a lady working who was extremely rude. They messed up my order, so I asked to add another meal while I was still at the first window waiting to pay. She came up to me and said, “Why are you still here?” then rolled her eyes. I told her I was waiting to pay for the meal they forgot to add.
She said, “Go forward, I already fixed it.” So I pulled up to the second window, and she told me again she fixed it—so I left. But when I checked, she didn’t add my meal, she just added another burger.
I went back because it needed to be plain, and she said, “You didn’t tell me that.” She was also yelling at her coworkers, saying stuff like “Don’t try me today.”
Honestly, it was obvious she was having a terrible day, but that doesn’t excuse it. If you're that upset, take a break—don’t belittle your coworkers or treat customers like that. It was so uncomfortable to watch.

Well first the good. The food was decent, although the Halloween themed nuggets didn't taste as good as they normally do and the woman working drive in was super friendly. The bad...it was SLOW. Make sure you've got a full tank of gas or you could have problems. As I was leaving, I literally saw cars backing out of the line and leaving, yikes!

I went here a few days ago to get the new Monte bundle! Everything was fresh, and the employee made sure that everything was in my favor. The customer service is always fast, and which I love when im in a hurry!
